Arrived on time and finished up in about 45 minutes.

Two technicians showed up and proceeded to check each of eight zones. If a sprinkler needed to be dug up to re-position it then one of the techs would perform that task while the other continued checking the next zone. They worked efficiently as a team and were very thorough, making sure that all the sprinklers were adjusted properly. The techs were very easy to work with and they left a good impression. We will probably be using them in the future.

Although the appt. was scheduled for 11:00 he didn't arrive until noon. Evidently he said the scheduler should have given a one hour time frame and not an exact time. I had to leave by 12:30 but he was able to get the initial service done by then and came back later to complete the extra work. What is in his favor was his apology for the mix up. I appreciated that and his ability to get on task and get the job done. I would be fine using his company again.

They promptly contacted me within 1-2 days, arrived on time on the day of our appointment, and called ahead of time to let me know they were coming. I find this to be challenging when companies have deals going on with Angie's list, so I was very pleased with their responsiveness. They were efficient and did a good job. He also reprogrammed our timer.

I have to say, is the best service call I have had for anything.He was very professional. He found no problems with my system. He took the time to explain how to time my system,what everything meant,etc. when I bought the house, no one had explained it to me, and I just tried to set it reading the manual. I had it set improperly, so he showed me how..in a way I understood! He offered to text me videos, or call him if I had any problems. He had another man with him, who was also very professional. I will call them if I ever have any problems. A++++!

I had the best experience with Marco and his crew. I called him for a simple tune-up...I needed my system turned on (I shut it off during winter) and then inspected to make sure everything was working. I had my main water line replaced last October (they replaced it from the street to the house). When Marco went to turn the water on, nothing happened. The plumbers had damaged some things (I forgot the name of the parts that were damaged)! Because this was going to be a 2-3 hour job, he had to leave and return later. He did exactly what he promised...he returned late in the day with his crew. They got everything fixed. He is punctual, professional, knowledgable and very kind. So are his guys. I will use him exclusively for my sprinkler and fence, when needed. I appreciate his honesty too. It's hard to find companies like his...

June of 2014 MJ's built a privacy fence on about 3/4 of an acre. MJ was awesome to deal with. We called on a Sunday and left a message that we wanted an estimate. He showed up that day and provided an estimate and we agreed to it on the spot. A few days later his crew showed up and built the fence. By the end of the day I had a beautiful cedar privacy fence and could go in my backyard without neighbors seeing me. Fast forward to May 2015, we had our gate open, doing some yard work and a gust of wind blew it open more and broke part of it. We called MJ and he said it was still under warranty and came over a few days later and fixed it. He also fixed some slats that my husband had broken when he ran into them with the riding mower. MJ didn't have to fix those since that was our fault, but he did and didn't charge us a thing for that repair.

He came out this morning and did a great job. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He had to leave to pick up additional materials, but came right back and finished the job.

Checked each sprinkler head in my 3 zones. Adjusted several that weren't adjusted correctly and replaced two sprinkler heads that were leaking.

We called and were given time frame for performing sprinkler repairs. Said he would call 40 minutes before arrival. He did not call or show up to perform the work.

They always called before the appointments. They showed up when they said they would. They inspected my entire sprinkler system, cleaned heads and gave me and estimate for additional repairs. They performed the repairs in a timely manner. I also contracted them to install 2 wrought iron fence gates. They did a great job with both services. I was very happy and would recommend them highly.

Great contractor, means what he says and charges a reasonable fee for quality work.

I purchased this offer after seeing it listed on Angie's List on April 6. It was for a Spring tune-up for our sprinkler system for $59.00. This was my first time purchasing anything on Angie's List. It was charged against my account immediately. I was contacted by the company to set up an appointment. . The female that contacted me said the first opening would be on April 28, 2015 and it was booked for 3:30 p.m. On the morning of April 27th (Monday), I called the company and stated that I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday) and I needed to see if I could change the time. He stated it wasn't necessary to change the day, he would just move me down the list for the day and they would be out around 5 p.m. I told him I appreciated the change. I took off an hour early from work so that I would be home when they arrived. They never showed up. When I called the company on Wednesday, April 29th, he stated that my appointment was for today. I told him no that when I talked to him on Monday, I even stated that it was for the next day and he changed it on the schedule. I could not take more time off from work. He told me that I could have a refund. I was upset about it because I wasted 3 weeks waiting on this company so he stated "you can just go ahead and call another company". So now I have to contact another company and wait as they will be booked up this late in the season. He called me back a short time later and said that if I wanted a refund, I would have to contact Angie's List. This company is so unprofessional. When they answer the phone, they just say "hello" so you don't even know if you called the company or dialed the wrong number.

Did an excellent job found several clogged ones and one broken one was replaced. Would recommend them.

Crew was about 30 minutes late, but had called to notify me that they were on the way. Quickly started to tune-up process for my sprinkler system. Checked every head and adjusted them as needed to improve efficiency and reduce water waste. Team very professional and competent. This is the first time I have had system checked since it was installed 8 years ago. Believe it was a good preventive measure, and the price was right. I would definitely recommend this company for this type of work.

Came before the promised time and completed all the work fast and quick. Less than 200 dollars for fixing two control valves and tuning. Very knowledgable and fast.

They were very helpful. I would recommend them. They spent quite a bit of time tracking the problems and checking the irrigation system. They did everything that I asked and they worked diligently while there were here.
