Description of Work: Got there when they were supposed to. Just bought small rent house, first time sprinkler turned on. Major leaks in pump and very old control box needed to be replaced, plus sprinklers adjusted (coupon should have covered that). Head of crew nice and spoke English, others maybe. I called last week for control box manual to be mailed to me, still waiting.

He was right on time, professional, and friendly. I have used him before and will continue to use him in the future if this quality of service continues.

Description of Work: They came to my home adjusted my sprinklers said I had to have some fixed. We discussed other sprinkler heads that needed repair and a head I thought was leaking. | |They quoted a price for 3 sets of 4 heads each to complete my yard. When I told them I only wanted one set put they seemed to agree. They told me that they had to call for the people to check and see if any lines ran under ground and that they couldn't do the work without them. They set up a time for the following week. No one came to the house to check the lines which they said they would arrange. I called the people they never received any request. I asked Marco if he had called he told me yes. |They arrived to do the work and still no one had come to check out for lines. He lied again and said he had that week. I had called that morning and they said again no one had requested it. They wanted to do the work anyway without the inspection but I reminded them that he told me I needed this done before the work could be performed. I don't hire liars and if there was a mistake Marco demanding to go into my back yard and check things out when I told him no one had come clenched the deal. They left and I have not heard from them again nor would I hire them to do any work at my home. | |Nancy Holden
