Both projects turned out very well. The hand rails look nice, match the other stains throughout the house, and are secure. The carport is very sturdy, matches the exterior, and was sealed nicely to the house to prevent leaking. The workers were friendly and professional. They made sure everything was done to my liking. They answered all my questions and verified we were all on the same page prior to starting the jobs. And Bob stayed in constant communication with me while the work was being done. I am very satisfied with the outcome of both projects.

To replace our roof, guttering and skylights due to hail damage. Also, To repair door and fence. They were fabulous to work with. They were so well with our insurance and took care of a lot of the details. The Construction did a great job. Thank you to make my home look beautiful again

From the initial meeting for a quote on my work I felt at ease and confidant about hiring MitchCo Construction. I needed a wall replaced, doors replaced, an attic door replaced, exterior repairs and paint on my house. Not only were they timely, and clean, the work was excellent. I am so pleased with the outcome. Bob Mitchell is professional, personable, stays in communication during the job, and is genuinely concerned about doing a great job for his customers. This will be my first of several reviews for Mitch Co Construction. I meet with Mr. Mitchell after having an accident causing damage to the brick, framing, roof and sheet rock to my garage. Mr Mitchell’s character was very pleasant. He was very professional, friendly, and punctual in making our scheduled appointment to appraise the damage that was caused to my home. Mr. Mitchell advised that it would be at least a week before being able to have his employees come and begin work to the house. Much to my surprise he contacted me in less than a week and his crew for the frame work showed up this morning and immediately began working on my home. To this point I have be very pleased with what his company has been able to deliver to me. I will write more reviews through out the completion of repairing my home. Mitch Co specializes in roofing, remodeling, replacement doors and windows and custom porches. I am very thankful for Mr. Mitchell’s time and thankful for his respect in my time.

MitchCo Construction and Bob Mitchell did an outstanding job repairing my home after water pipes froze & burst in my house, flooding several rooms and causing thousands in damages. Unfortunately I was gone at the time of the incident, but Bob went above and beyond working with me as well as my insurance and mortgage companies to get my home fixed quickly and in even better condition than before. He was kind and efficient in this stressful situation for me as a new home owner, explaining the process and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend him to a friend and I would absolutely work with him again if needed!

I think he was very professional, did an excellent job and I am really pleased with his workmanship. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

It was good. Bob, the owner, was very good about staying in touch with me to let me know who was coming and when. He also followed up afterwards to verify what was done after each day. It was also done in a considerably short amount of time considering they worked through Christmas and the New Year.

Bob has kept me promptly informed of the progress of each step and repair areas have been kept clean after each day's work. He keeps close check of his workers to make certain they are following his instructions. Everything has been expertly completed with attention to detail and quality. My 35-year old 25’x15’ low ceiling porch was in dire need of replacement due to termite, hail and water damage. I looked on Angie’s List for somebody who could tear it down and build a new custom screened in porch that was better than the old one. One thing I really wanted was a vaulted ceiling so I could have a ceiling fan. Overall this was a pretty big and somewhat complex project and I was hoping I could find one person who could do it all and see the same vision I had for the finished project. After calling several other contractors who didn’t respond, didn’t seem interested, or said they couldn’t do the entire job, I called Bob Mitchell (a.k.a. The Porch Professor) at MitchCo Construction. He came out the next day and spent almost 2 hours discussing all of the things I wanted done and making sure he understood and shared the same vision that I had of my new porch and the other tasks which needed to be done. In 2 days he sent me a bid for the entire project and said he wanted to come out again and discuss the bid to make sure he had included everything. Bob told me it would be 2-3 weeks before they could start and that was fine. Then he called and said they could start sooner. In addition to all the other good things I have to say about Bob, one of the best things was his constant communication. If something was going to be late or early, if a material delivery was going to be made, or if he just wanted to ask a question to clarify something about the project, he would call to let me know. We must have talked or texted at least 100 times during the course of the entire project. Bob’s crew was really enjoyable to work with. They showed up on time, were very friendly and courteous, and cleaned up their mess at the end of each day. They didn’t mind if I watched while they worked or asked questions about what they were doing. Other than the actual work done, the best thing about the entire project was Bob Mitchell himself. He is a great person to work with and has a high level of attention to detail. If something wasn’t right, it got redone. He even re-did a piece of trim that he himself put up because in his words “it just didn’t look right”. Bottom line is, if you want a great job that’s done right, call Bob Mitchell.

I know this is going to sound like a review from a family member, but I assure you it definitely is not. With that said, this is definitely the Apple of construction companies here in OKC. They probably costed a bit more than your average joe, but in return you get great communication, an insane attention to detail, and the willingness to go above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience. This guy prides himself on a job well done and it shows. At one point, we informed him we couldn't make it to his suggested flooring store during the hours they where open to pick out tile for the office he was building. He instantly made a phone call and within 2 hours he had amazing options brought to our house so we could take our time and not have to rush one day to get somewhere during a time that was not convenient. At another point, even though we told him he didn't have to, he had his amazing wall guy spend an entire day and a half of hard hard work on 2 of the concrete basement walls that was covered in splattered concrete, and had horrible slab cracks, and holes in order to make them entirely flat for painting. This is the extra effort and attention to detail that we really believe we couldn't have gotten from anywhere or anyone else. We will be using him for big/small projects alike for what we hope will be years to come.

Bob was honest and upfront about costs from the very beginning. I had received two other bids on this job and though his was not the lowest or highest it was the most fair. I knew that he was going to do excellent work and he exceeded my expectations! He was punctual and worked very quickly and efficiently. His workers also were very polite and hard working. He ensured that his work site was cleaned up at the end of the day and not a hazard to my child or dogs. He even went the extra mile and fixed my gate so that my puppy can't escape anymore!! His work is impeccable and his prices extremely fair. I will definately be using Bob for any future repairs and upgrades to my home!

The project went very well. Scheduling was quick and all arrived on time. Crew did an excellent job of prepping room before the first coat. All were very hard working and professional. Bob Mitchell came to inspect the finished product and went over every detail. Asked if I had any concerns with the finished product. I did not. Would definitely use MitchCo Construction again.

The team showed up promptly, performed the work as planned, provided an excellent photographic record of the process, cleaned up the site, and finished all in the planned schedule. Very professional job!

Very good, no problems. They moved furniture out, blocked off all doorways, &we're very good about cleaning up after themsrlves.

Bob was very energized by the project and fully understood our vision and creative planning as the project went along. He had excellent help with all aspects of the job and everyone worked well together. He was patient with changes made and design suggestions. The project is beautiful and completely changed the front of our home. We have received numerous unsolicited positive comments.
