Crew completed the job with a very short deadline. However, as I was staging my home the next day for the realtor I discovered they dropped paint on my surround sound speaker, kitchen table and bathroom floor without cleaning it up. In addition, they opened several gallons of same color paint at once preventing me from returning the unused materials for a refund. All that aside, I'm giving MitchCo Construction contact info at the direct request of my realtor for the prompt response, quick turnaround and awesome customer service.

Bob did the repair and it looked good. He also reinstalled the drawer glides so that they would remain closed. That had been a problem for years! Now they work properly. But then I showed him a lazy susan that was binding up and not working properly (too much weight). He suggested replacing it with pull out drawers. That sounded cool. Long story short, we ended up replacing shelves with pull out drawers in all the lower cabinets. They work beautifully, look great, and have seriously improved my kitchen's usefulness. As always, Bob called when he said he would, came when he said he would, finished when he said he would.

Beautifully. Every step of the way we were informed about what was happening and when. People came when they were scheduled, and were super efficient. All the workmen were pleasant and polite and Bob Mitchell was very professional and organized. We couldn't be more pleased. We had tried several times to find people to do some of the repairs, and got discouraged. Either they wouldn't show up, or the prices were exorbitant. Bob's prices were very reasonable, and on the window replacement, half the estimate that we got from another party.

Mr Mitchell was one of many contractors that I had talked to regarding this project. The others were not willing to attempt it for fear that the brick work above the doors would break and come loose once the center support column was removed. Although Mr Mitchell had the same concerns, he took the time and effort to evaluate that part of the construction. Initially he also thought it was too risky, but called back a few days later to say that he had figured out a way to support the area, and then add the necessary steel beams to be able to do the job. He then lined up all his subcontractors to get the old doors and support removed, have the welder there next for the placement of the steel beam, get it all framed out, and then the new door hung before dark! This one day scheduling of his crew was done for my security so that my home would be secure by night. All of his subcontractors were very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The finishing of trim work, installing the garage door opener, and painting was done over the next few days. The brick over the door stayed in perfect condition, with not even a crack to the mortar. This is especially amazing since this is a 45 year old house! Mr Mitchell is a perfectionist and closely inspected every aspect of the work that was done. I intend to have him help me with other projects in the future.

From the bidding process to completion of project the gentleman were very polite and punctual. They provided options and ideas that I had. It thought of, ultimately creating my dream patio!

I had a leak in my roof over my kitchen. I called MitchCo and they responded quickly. They repaired my roof that same day and they even cleaned out my gutters. I would highly recommend MitchCo. My dealings with them were very pleasant.

All of our experiences have been absolutely fantastic! Bob runs a small crew of super friendly guys, they've always been happy to answer all my questions (? I ask a TON). They're incredibly efficient, with time ? materials. Overall a top notch contractor! Highly recommended!

Completely restored, textured, and painted in just under three days. Absolutely perfect. No visible seams and not a single drop of paint out of place. Even the normal drywall mess was contained in the one room so as to minimize impact on my tenant. I was completely impressed by their professionalism and quality.

They were here ready to work at 7am finished 7pm. Cleaned up yard and driveway no debris or nails were left behind. fantastic job

I had MitchCo construction out to my rental property to put a roof on. After digging into the project we found that there were repairs needed to be done to the frame of the roof as well as the cornice line. The workers were not only polite but very good at what they did. The roof, siding, and paint turned out great. I would recommend them to any anybody I know and they will be working on my other rentals as well! Thank you Angies List

Smooth and efficient. My rental was occupied but they were able to work in a fashion that did not inconvenience my tenants. Very communicative and no surprise fees. After the job cleanup was excellent. Even my tenants were impressed.

The provider was very professional from the very first step. The whole process went very smoothly. We were extremely happy the way provider conducted various facets of the work. We found Bob Mitchell trustworthy, responsible, and easy to work with. He delivered what was promised. We highly recommend the provider.

I had guttering installed by mitchCo they did an excellent job, they were very professional, tidy , on time,and all the workers Were very well mannered.i had an emergency and had to leave And they locked and shut every door and gate as asked. Also They had to work aroubd my fish pond and they took excellent Detail into not harming my plants or pond in a very small space
