The office sent a text that our professional was on the way, and sent a picture of who was arriving. Jarrod arrived at the appointed time, was very thorough in his inspection, and carefully explained all of my options. I was e-mailed the inspection list with pricing so I can plan upcoming projects...stuff that must be done vs. stuff that is not critical to household safety. Jarrod installed a new ceiling fan to replace the one that had fried wires. He used shoe covers to keep from tracking dirt in, was very polite, and easy to work with. He didn't even mind my guard cat stalking him.

The Pro evaluated the electrical system and determined that it did not need replacing. He manually corrected some wires that were not connected properly. He was very thorough and gave an estimate if the system failed in the future. There was no charge for this visit.
