Mr Sparky as a company was found to be very responsive to any questions. Our technician Cory is an expert. He clearly explains everything that was done. Yes, they are a bit pricey but no other company offers a five year warranty on workmanship and parts. I will be hiring them again as we have more projects to get completed.
