Brock Flanary gave me expert advice on system repair and provided sound, straight forward hands-on demonstration of his trouble shooting process . He was able to advise me that our problem was on the utility provider to resolve and left me very, very, satisfied with the professionalism that Mr. Sparky demonstrates through their employees!!! I canâ t thank Mr. Sparky or Brock enoughâ ¦And certainly will not hesitate to recommend Mr.Sparky to all of my friends and colleagues!!!

The project was to bring my electrical system up to state standards. They finished the project. But, Had to come back to complete work not detected during the final walk through. The final project turned out great!

First of all it was easy to get an appointment using the on-line tool on the Mr. Sparky web page. Then, Eric Selby arrived right on time. He diagnosed my problem with a can fluorescent bulb fixture in minutes and fixed the problem right then. He explained the problem with the old fixture and told me what to do if it was a problem in the future. Eric was extremely personable and professional. The charge was very reasonable. I was so pleased with the service, the repair and the cost. I will definitely use them again for electrical work and recommend them highly to friends.

Cody came in for annual inspection and took the time to answer all my questions. I rate his service as A++. The only issue I have is the pricing of services in general. With annual membership, which I highly recommend, the customer service is impeccable. The cost of services is what leaves my other projects out of reach to complete. Pretty sure $1000 to replace an exhaust fan (supplied) in the bathroom was excessive. The work was in my rent house and I have not checked the craftmanship. My neck has become the limiting factor in my ceiling work, so I handed it off. Next time I will do the work myself and give the money to my chiropractor/massage therapist instead. A competent handyman could have done the work, but I could not figure out how to NOT ask for an electrical person when completing the paperwork from Angi.
