+ -1 moreKirstin listed my home in October, and within 10 days we had 4 different offers. She advised me, explained my options, and respected my decision on which offer to take. I had already moved out and was no longer local, so Kirstin was at the house several times a week as we moved towards closing. I had to have some repairs done, and she met people for estimates and was there when work was completed. She's a fantastic agent!
Description of Work: Kirstin Reynolds with Metro-Mark Realtors, Inc. represented me in the sale of my home in Oklahoma City. She was there from start to finish, meeting with other agents, potential buyers, inspectors, appraisers and contractors. Kirstin was the consummate professional and was in frequent contact with me as we negotiated the sale of the property. I would definitely work with her again! I didn't list an amount above, but she received the standard realtor's fee at closing.
