Metro Glass

Fantastic experience! Came to Metro Glass after SafeLite increased their estimate by $200+ with no explanation. Metro Glass beat SafeLite's original estimate by $100! There was no bait and switch like I experienced with SafeLite. They installed the glass quickly and were very courteous. Highly recommend!!

I scheduled service for 12:00 on Tuesday, November 25. The technician called about 45 minutes earlier to apprise me of his approximate time of arrival. He arrived on time address me as Mrs. and my husband as Sir. He explained what he would need to do, the approximate time completion would require and what the cost would be before he began. He replaced the glass, cleaned up the broken glass and cleaned the storm window which had to be removed for the glass repair. He bid us a good day and Happy Thanksgiving and was on his way.

David Berry and staff all very nice to deal with! I think that they need to clone David as it takes too long to get ahold of him or get an answer from him because he seems to be burning it at both ends at work! The installers seemed to have difficulty with the sliding hardware, perhaps they don't install these too often? and the final product is not even to the walls. I am a little disappointed in the and quot;EnduroShieldand quot; finish that is supposed to be so trouble free, but if I don't squeegee off the water EVERY time I shower, then I have significant residue. I thought the whole idea of this was to not to have to spend so much time cleaning?! The end result is beautiful, and they all worked hard, so I will definitely be using them again for future products!

They did a very good job. Left the window, area outside, and the shower floor inside as clean as before they arrived. Both installers were informative and respectfull and answered a question about another inside project. No problems...I recommend using them.

The overall experience was excellent. I could tell from the start with the assessment of damages, as to costs and services needed, that Mr. Ward was an expert in his field. I was extremely pleased with the workmanship involving replacement of glass and screens, and with the repair of the hail-damaged windows on the north side of the house. A lesser craftsman would have had me replace those windows which would have resulted in replacing all of the windows on the house to match them. I highly recommend Metro Glass on MacArthur for fair prices, and quality workmanship.
