We had the leak around the fireplace up in the attic that came down into the living room damaging the ceiling and one wall. They came out and gave us estimates with a guarantee on their work. After the roof repair we waited for rain to determine if the leak was gone. It did leak so I contacted Manning who came out and did some more work on the roof at no charge. We waited a long time on rain and determined the leak was fixed so we proceeded to have the inside work done. They did the work in two consecutive days. The men were professional. The work was first rate and I can assure you they were trustworthy and had integrity written all over them. We will certainly use them when we need any work done. It is really an uncommon experience in this day and age to be so impressed with contractors. They are exceptional.
Description of Work: They repaired our roof after we had a bad experience having a new roof put on. We had a leak around our fireplace that damaged the ceiling and one wall in the living room below. They repaired the roof and guaranteed the work. They came out one time after the first repair on the roof and did some more work at no additional cost. They later replaced the damaged Sheetrock in the living room and repainted one wall and repaired the ceiling. It looks great. They also replaced two of the overhead bathroom heaters.

Description of Work: Manning Construction came highly recommended and I am so pleased with the entire job they completed. We had our roof replaced by them; they were professional, were extremely profficient in the job; and they also kept all areas clean and checked with my husband and I at the end of every day for approval. We got 4 quotes on our roof replacement, and along with all the recommendations, it was a no-brainer! We are so pleased and happy with Manning Construction, that we've actually had 3 members of our family hire this company with amazing results.
