They were unresponsive during the first 6 weeks. Then we got passed around to several so called managers and finally someone made us an offer to take the redwood. We had torn out the old flooring when we were promised materials in 3 to 5 days, so 8 1/2 weeks into the remodel we figured we had no other choice and took the redwood. We asked for a break on installation supplies but were denied. When we returned to get trim boards they had none.

The sales team were a big help with the recommendations and the installer was truly outstanding. He came to the house, measured the area that we planned to install the flooring, he made recommendations on the underlay that he recommended and the final outcome was an excellent floor that looks great and stands up to hard use. They were prompt and did the job in reasonable time. We highly recommend this company

The store was nice, people helpful and prices ok. $500. But we couldn't use them again because of their installers. We were assigned Chad Bennett/Affordable Improvement LLC. His charge $400. He seemed respectable when he arrived for an estimate. But he didn't phone as promised and was several hours late arriving, on May 3rd. He was attired in clothing that had not been washed in quite awhile and was ripped and torn. He came and went a lot leaving his helpers. After moving my ceramic topped electric range into the garage they used is as workbench, covering it with sawdust!! And they cleaned up only after being asked.

The floors are not yet completed.

The sales person was helpful and gave good information. I want to put engineered flooring over my concrete slab floors, but my husband prefers carpet. We have not made a decision yet.

My experience with them went alright. Their prices were reasonable. Back then they were in the process of switching managers. My experience with them back then wouldn't be the same as it would be now. It since then changed hands. At that time they were short and trying to figure out where they were. I can't remember how much I spent on the materials because it was just too long ago. I would use them again in the future.

Horrible. They had three or four employees in a tiny little store and all of them were more interested in the nachos someone brought in for lunch than answering my questions. I won't be going back.

The sales reps were very courteous and helpful when we were there. They were very professional when we were there. They knew everything that we needed to know.
