Horrific! The work contractors I have ever dealt with. Was hired to paint exterior of home the siding one color and the trim and darker color.. I already had several pieces of trim painting the darker color because they were being put on the house. When they showed up no prep work was done in fact I have lights down my walk way and they just sprayed over light bulbs and everything. Then sprayed almost the entire house in maybe 3 hrs and sprayed over the freshly painted trim I had just painted. That was a tuesday. He left a message with another guy that he would be back thursday to finish. They sprayed the gutters but only the top part, did the front door including the door bell.. After many text's to Leon speaking abut the color of the gutters he said they would be the lighter color. Then i asked about caulking they did ZERO caulking, then i went and purchased caulking and we found maybe 3 areas he actually caulked anything. I told him we need the gutters the same color as the trip and he told me that my job is only for 1 color paint but I have written proof of his quote and exactly what colors needed to be painted. I could tell he wasn't happy and the rest of the job proved it. Of course he was waiting for me in the street when i got home on Friday to get paid but when i walked around the house I seen that only 10th of the trim had even been touched and what was tone was a rush sloppy paint. I asked if they ran out of paint and he said no I asked then why arent back window trims done, fire place, front door, garage door, peaks of dormate windows, bottom trim under the siding. He looks at me and asks me " OH YOU WHAT THAT PAINTED TOO?" Well it is the trim, he huffed about it and said he would speak to his wife to see when they could come back to finish. He was in a big hurry to start another job.. I eneded up giving him a little over half the pay feeling a bit intimidated by his behavior. Then shortly after I seen him pull up and drop a man off with some paint brushes and then leave.. I asked my boyfriend to come over and look at the paint job outside and he was in disbelief. He spoke to the painter that guy dropped off and told him what needed to be completed then he had to get back to work.. Not long after Leon came in my house to tell me they were done.. I was very uncomfortable and wasnt sure what all my boyfriend had told the guy he dropped off but I noticed the peaks on top of the windows in front were still not painted the trip on the side of the house still no trim painted, the trim at the bottom of the siding was still not painted, around the front door still no paint and what trim he did come to add was a rush rush job that was very obvious. He just kind of stared at me waiting for me to hand him money and man i didn't want to because the job was not complete but I was home alone and wasnt sure how to handle him, he was telling me what a great deal I got how cheap 2100 was for labor only. Well maybe a good deal if I wasnt out the next day repainting the areas they threw on the house until my boyfriend came by and said it was not acceptable at all he wanted his ph # and called him when he asked it this was Leon the guy said no and then hung up on him.. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY, HE SEEN A FEMALE NEEDING HELP AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF IT AND THEN STOPPED BY 2 VERY BRIEF TIMES TO JUST PRAY AND GO IN HOPES TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK OFF OF ME.. LAZY, QUICK SLOPPY WORK BUT EXPECTING TOP DOLLAR PAYMENT.. BEWARE
