I used LifeStyle Home improvement OKC the first time I believe in 2017 and I had very little to do with the project because I was very sick and allowed Matt Crow one of the owners to handle everything, he told me pretty much nothing the entire time and submitted everything to my insurance, which made me wonder and the insurance paid him. In 2024 I asked Matt what all they do and he said everything as far as work goes improving our house and or maintenance, there was more to the work we wanted done including painting the house and reaffixing the siding. At the beginning of the job Matt introduced me to Keith and told me Keith would be doing everything and to just call him If I need anything. I asked my insurance to make me aware of everything that was being submitted by Matt and LifeStyle, they told me they changed the way they are working and they will let me know everything. State Farm. We asked if LifeStyle had anyone to direct us or suggest paint colors, a paint color consultant, including the roof. Matt said that's what he does, I asked for suggestions and I got nothing new from him to tie everything together, I went online to do it myself. When painters were supposed to start they were 2 weeks late and what should have taken 4 days max took 2 weeks and I had to clean up every day painters left. When I asked LifeStyle at the beginning of the painting when it was taking weeks to start if I could just find a painter they said yes, they don't have many painters they work with and their painter was doing other jobs. We got to the end and I had paid Lifestyle 1 large check and was waiting to give them their last check for 3 weeks until they contacted me to get their check, I had their check ready and wrote final payment on the check, a could of days later Keith told me that they submitted a request for more money from State Farm and I asked why they didn't make me aware of that first, he couldn't answer that question. I asked to speak to Matt the owner and that took days, he came over and told me that State Farm made a mistake and made them aware of it. This was a lie! I contacted State Farm adjuster and he told me that LifeStyle made the request and gave me details. I had already given Matt a check before I spoke to State Farm and when I did I asked Matt to please hold the check so I can get money into that account and I will call him as soon as it's ready. Matt said ok perfect, I recorded the conversation to let the State Farm adjuster listen to the conversation of lies by Matt. Matt immediately took the check and cashed it causing me problems and hours of work so that I could get all the overdraft fees removed, there were 4. I asked Matt why he would do that when I asked him to wait and he agreed to wait, he acted like this is my problem and he couldn't be bothered, he said he called the bank after he did it and they couldn't do anything, then he hung up on me, WHY DIDN'T HE CALL ME AND MAKE ME AWARE!?!?!? Because he does not care. He is only looking for the next deal and not worried about current customers and how to get as much money as they can from insurance companies, he is not interested in keeping or maintaining good customers They act as if they care and want to help at the beginning however once the work starts their favorite excuse to tell you is they can't help that and it's not their fault, Matt does not understand what it takes to work a successful business with happy customers, they do the bare minimum. The lying is what made me decide to write this review every time I called Matt on it he went in a different direction and avoided what I asked him. I was never made aware they are veteran owned.

Our home had sustained some storm damage, our claim was denied by our insurance company. Almost a year passed & the roof continued to deteriorate, we had 2 leaks in our roof, this is why we reached out to Lifestyle. They encouraged us to contact insurance & get our claim reopened & get a reinspect. Matt & Keith even offered to be present during the inspection, they were amazing & very knowledgeable every step of the way. After the new inspection, our claim was approved! From beginning to end, they were a pleasure to work with. The crew was great, they had the roof removed & installed in one day. This company went above & beyond to get us a new roof, installed beautifully! It looks fantastic, I am very pleased! Would recommend to anyone, great customer service!

The team arrived on time and went to work immediately. The team leader was polite and easy to talk with, and all members of the team were polite and hard-working. We had a unique situation with the cricket around the chimney, and the project manager and team leader were responsive to the special design required to properly correct the condition. We are very impressed with their work. The team worked efficiently, and completed the project early in the afternoon. We are particularly impressed with the attention to detail, such as very straight shingle lines, both in the roofed field area and the eave lines. The team cleaned the area completely by picking up all trash, using a magnet for nails and other metals, sweeping, and using a blower to get at all areas.

We developed a leak less than a year after the roof was replaced. They came out to look at it, but they said they wouldn't do anything about it. They said it wasn't their problem, as it was something else that was leaking and not the roof. I don't believe that, and they won't do anything about it. The insurance company won't do anything about it, either.

Matt was genuinely nice and helpful through the whole process. They did a great job on the roof replacement and dealt with my insurance company for me. They even found extra damage that the insurance adjuster didn't, and had them come back out to include that in our claim.

Geoff made a cold call one late afternoon. He offered to look at my roof and see if there was any hail damage at no charge. It had been years since I last replaced the roof and really hadn't had it inspected since, even though storms had come through. He quickly got on the roof with Vladimir and took pictures of obvious hail damage. Once I saw the pictures I knew something had to be done. They came in and explained their process, contacted my insurance company and got the go ahead to replace. One of the problems with my house is the rock used is uneven and irregularly shaped. This has caused quite a problem around the chimney; it leaks constantly with any heavy rain. When they worked the chimney area, they actually brought a grinder, grinded the rock smooth so the fascia trim and sealant would seal better. ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectation! I know this review is almost a year, but I wanted to see how the seal held up over the seasons and watch for how the roof settled. Final impressions: EXCELLENT! There has been only one time the chimney leaked and that was during absolutely ridiculous rainstorm....6 inches in one evening! So everything was under extreme duress. Roof looks wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. The owners were great to work with regarding insurance and paperwork. Really, it was one of those "too good to be true" stories, but it was! Everything went fine. Tore off the old roof....put down plywood over the roof rafters(2nd and first story) and then installed top quality shingles. The quality of which resulted in a discount on my H/O insurance. Made me a happy camper. They are a professional, quality organization. Came in a timely fashion and did a very good job cleaning up after they replaced my roof. The price was very reasonable given the size of my rood and $4-8000 under other estimates. My experience would be to rehire them.

We found Lifestyle Home Improvement at the Home and Garden Show in February. We went specifically to find companies that installed windows. We picked up several cards and spoke to a lot of different people at the show, but found we liked Lifestyle the best. We liked the company because it was locally owned. We had them come out and give us an estimate for all of the windows in our home. Jeremy (owner) and Meredith came to our home and spoke to us about the windows and the process for putting them in. They had samples of the windows, which helped us make our decision easier. Jeremy is very knowledgeable about the windows and does a great job explaining the process. Meredith is the person we dealt with when scheduling the installation and she also came by the house the day the windows were being installed. The installation took only one day and went smoothly for the most part. Two screens were ripped and two windows were not chalked. My husband called Meredith the same day of the installation to tell her about the problems. The next day they were at our home fixing it. The screens were taken back to the manufacturer to be repaired. The thing I liked the most, they had people come to the house and clean all of the windows on the inside and outside! After the job was finished, I turned the AC on because the house was 82 degrees. It took only about an hour to cool the house down to 74 degrees. With our old windows, it would have taken several hours to do it. We can truly feel a difference in the coolness of our home. We were also guaranteed that our electric bill would drop 40%. Our overall experience was great. We felt the price of the windows was fair, especially after talking to friends that paid a lot more for their windows. I would highly recommend Lifestyle Home Improvement for any job because they are experienced and professional.

Previously denied by insurance co twice. Lifestyle came in and got it approved with the same insurance co and got right on it and now it`s a done deal. Very professional people to deal with and I ended up with a very satisfying product. Their follow up was beyond reproach. I`m a very satisfied customer and recommend this company highly.

It was good. They were just very efficient, nice and prompt. They're easy to work with.

The people at Lifestyles help me with my insurance claim and did the work promptly and professionally. All the work was done right the first time and we had absolutely no issues with this contractor. Plus everyone associated with Lifestyles were not only professional but very pleasant to deal with.

They are most competitive in pricing while being easy and responsible to work with. Chris and Jeremy are attentive to one's needs and they are professional and thorough in helping you in selecting a product that meets those needs. The crew arrived on time, worked hard and fast and had things completed in 2 days! Can't beat that. Jeremy personally came out to review work, noted a few things,acted on them quickly and push-pull done.Heartily recommend them.

They only took two days to re-roof the house. They did an excellent job. They have an exceptionally reasonable price and quality work. They showed up on time and worked all day long. They cleaned up after themselves. They were quite orderly in the work they did and how they were addressed. I would surely recommend anybody that needs a roofing job to contact Lifestyle.

Lifestyle Home Improvements was a very enjoyable and professional company to work with. They were working in the neighborhood and offered to look at our roof to see if we had any hail damage. After confirming we needed a new roof they did all the work contacting our insurance company to assure all was covered. Within one week all was set and a hard-working crew completed our house and our neighbors house in one day. Everything was cleaned up by the end of the day. The gutters were completed by a gutter company on another day. The job was well done, quick and painless. The gutter covers were different than the ones removed, but were comparable. This company did many, many roofs in our neighborhood, so that alone was a good recommendation.

Keith, Chris, and Jeremy were awesome. They did exactly what they promised and much more. Following the May 2012 hail storm all of my neighbors were getting new roofs. My insurance company had denied my previous claim saying the damage was not bad and did not exceed my deductible. Finally one day in November, Keith came by and took a look at my roof and said it needed to be replaced and they would do all the coordination with my insurance provider and handle it all. They promised I would pay nothing more than my deductible. They coordinated with my insurance company, got the claim approved for not only the roof but the gutters and the garage door. After a few weather delays, in early January the crew showed up on a Saturday morning and by Sunday afternoon, I had a new roof. They cleaned up so well after themselves, it was hard to find evidence that they had replaced the roof. The roof looked great. A few days later, I came home from work to find new gutters installed. Again, they had cleaned up so well after themselves that you could not even tell they had been there. They even submitted most of the paperwork to my mortgage company and insurance company so we could keep the process moving forward.

The guys ordered my materials for me after I picked out the colors. I didn't have to give them any money untill my roof was finished which made me feel more comfortable. After the roof was on the guys had my gutters hung, and then my garage doors and painting. They invoiced the insurance for me and I didn't have to do a thing. All I had to do was drive to the bank and have my check endorsed to pay them. I had a great experience from start to finished.
