Overall, it was a HORRIBLE experience.

Their price was good.

They had a wonderful sales pitch... We found them at the state fair... We paid most of the money within the first month of construction... That is when construction stopped... A 6 week job turned into 9 months.... I got pregnant and was 2 weeks from my due date before they finished our pool... Mike only came around when he wanted money... I have pictures of every step of construction... Broke ground 10-23-2009.... filled pool 7-1-2010.... I don't think we have a pool worth what we paid... No one that worked for him when construction started is still there... Except Allison... she is the only one you get to talk to... We had to threaten Mike with the legal system several times to get the pool finished... What a joke.... Never again.... We hope to see them at the fair this year to tell everyone what a wonderful job they did, NOT......

The pool came out nice-we enjoy it-however dealing with Mike Zackeritz was very difficult. We have had several problems since the pool was completed and he always tries to blame it on someone else. Also the building process was difficult because there were periods of weeks where we didn't see anyone from the company (this was not due to rain). Their office is also completey disorganized, they often don't answer calls-you leave messages and they don't call back. Be sure to not completely pay them (or any pool co) before the pool is done and you're satisfied-because once he has all the contract price-they really slow down and finishing the job is just not important to them anymore. We had a leak very soon after the pool was completed and it took them two weeks to get around to coming over to look at it. Any time we had a problem Mike would try to blame it on us and tell us what had happened without even seeing it for himself. We would not do business with Lifestyle Pools if we had it to do over again. Bottom line-its a service business-and their servive is not good

This was a horrible experience! They ripped everything up without a permit and without capping electrical landscaping lines and irrigation lines. Then they proceeded to drag out what was to be a 3 month escapade to a 11 month one! They owners took the down and went to Hawaii (where it rained the entire time (karma)) and then they would not return calls would not show for days. They were complete slobs with trash and product in my front and back yards. They pool is okay. The walk around it is very slippery. The heater on the spa has worked maybe 3 times in this first full year of having it. Absolutely Disgusting!!!! No professionalism whatsoever! We are patient people too! Please stay away from this company!!!

This was an awful experience. They promised the job would be done in 4-6 weeks and it took them 13 weeks. I constantly had to stay on top of them as they never showed up when they said they would. After they poured the colored and stamped concrete, they waited 3 weeks before they cut the saw joints. Those joints are supposed to be cut within 24 hours to allow the concrete to crack in those joints as it settles. By the time they cut the joints, the concrete had already cracked and when they cut through the cracks, there were big chunks of concrete coming loose. They were not willing to do anything about it and I finally had to involve an attorney. We settled by not paying the majority of the final payment. There were many other things all throughout the process that made the whole experience something I would not want to go through again. I would not recommend them.

Life Style Pool has no respect for my flowers which he ran over causing me to loose thousands of dollars in flowers! He destroyed my neighbors yard and I had to pay to fix it! Broke a fence. I wanted a 6ft pool but got a 5 ft instead!
