Leisure Time Pools and Spas

Please do not deal with these people! I bought a top of the line pool from them. At installation, they had neglected to send the additional upgrade to the step that I ordered. So the company they contracted to install the pool had no idea about it and installed the step without it. I called Leisure Time and they sent two guys out to install the additional step, however rather than pulling the whole thing out of the pool and doing it right, they just put the addition in there and connected it (without additional sand). The next day, it floated up and came apart. I called them and they said they would be out within the week. A week goes by and then she said “we’ll be out by the next week”. Then,“we’ll be out by Memorial Day”. The Wednesday before Memorial Day, I decide to go to the store and talk to the manager. I spoke to Tim Hayes. He said “yes, I know the whole story”. He was rude and seemed to talk down to me like I was an annoying, complaining woman. He MADE EXCUSES AND NEVER APOLOGIZED. He stated that it would not be done by Memorial Day, but would be done the next week. He guaranteed it. The next week went by and still nothing. They didn’t call, didn’t even text to tell me it would be delayed again. I realize they got busy during this time. However, this tells me that they got my money, and then just didn’t care about anything after that. This is the second time I have dealt with them and got a raw deal. I wish I would have learned my lesson the first time.
