Subject: Disappointing Service and Poor Customer Support from LawnLoveI recently hired LawnLove hoping for a professional lawn and garden care, but the service fell dramatically short of the company’s promises. The service included mowing and edging the lawn, hand-pulling weeds, and hauling off debris. Unfortunately, the "pro" sent by LawnLove left my lawn in a worse condition than before—choppy, unevenly mown, with no edging done, and old grass clippings scattered all over the property.Worse, the care of my garden was negligent. The worker used a weed eater on my precious irises, improperly removed landscaping stones endangering my toddler's safety, and failed to clear the weeds or remove the leaves as expected. Less than a quarter of one garden was touched, and the others were completely ignored, with discarded weeds left all around.When I reached out to LawnLove via chat support, my experience only deteriorated. I provided over 60 photos as evidence, yet they demanded more specific documentation on a tight timeline and prematurely marked my complaint as "resolved". After multiple discussions, the resolution offered was utterly inadequate—either the same "pro" returning or a mere 50% refund, based on questionable evidence of work done (a photo of debris in the back of a truck).A better solution would have been to send a different, truly professional worker to rectify the job. After spending excessive time on documenting the poor service without adequate resolution, I believe only a full refund would be acceptable now, as my trust in LawnLove is completely eroded. They have shown a lack of concern for customer satisfaction and safety. I strongly advise potential customers to consider other more reliable services.

I scheduled a week in advance. In the past, there have been problems with excuses and repeated reschedulings, so I asked repeatedly for confirmation of my appointment. All I got were emails saying they were trying to find a provider. On the day of the appointment, at 4 p.m. as the sky was getting dark, I got an email saying that the service provider would be there "shortly." Nobody showed up or called. The next day, their website showed that my service had been performed and that my card would be charged. I called Lawn Love, and the person seemed confused, and said that she couldn't credit my card until she'd checked with the provider. I will NOT be using Lawn Love again, and cannot recommend them.

First person mowed a quarter of the front yard before deciding they couldn't handle it. Second person mowed 2/3rds of the yard before leaving because it was getting dark with the promise to return tomorrow, never came back. Fourth and fifth declared they couldn't handle it without attempt. Sixth and final person did a decent job. Still waiting to see if this person can maintain this work.
