We have 2 large warehouses with metal roofs that had been pummeled by storms over the years. We had leaks and other issues. We heard about Gary and Land Run Roofing from networking groups and friends. We are in the relocation industry and know nothing about roofing, but when Gary came out and did the initial assessment we learned a lot about just how bad of a condition our roof was in. He showed us the pictures he took and explained in detail how to solve all the issues. As we were busy with our business, we asked Gary to work with our insurance company in providing them the info they need in order to get started on repairs. He was GREAT! We had no down time and the Retrofit metal roof that Land Run put on both warehouses looked beautiful and have stopped all the leaks- and just in time. We had some torrential wind and rain come in and we were totally dry and protected. I recommend Gary and Land Run to any business or home looking to repair or replace their roof!

I contacted Land Run Roofing for a guttering estimate. I spoke with Gary Saunders and he was extremely polite and professional. Ii explained to Gary that I was shopping to have gutters installed at my home. Gary was more than happy to visit with me and offered to come to my house for an estimate. Gary arrived on the schedule date and on time for the estimate. Gary was the first roofer I have met who was geniunely excited about providing a guttering estimate. I had spoken to several other roofing companies prior to visiting with Gary and not one seemed interested in even talking with me once they found out I was calling about guttering. I was so impressed by Gary after the estimate that I immediately scheduled the installation. Gary was extremely flexible and willing to work with my odd schedule. Gary started the project on the date promised and completed the work the same day. While visiting with Gary after the estimate I learned Gary was the actual owner of the company. I was shocked. I was even more shocked to see that Gary was on the job site himself the day the work began. Gary was their the whole time. Gary and his crew did an exceptional job and I was very pleased with the quality of work. I would highly recommend Gary and Land Run Roofing for any of your roofing needs!
