Did a lot of damage to my house while installing. I told them that was unacceptable and they needed to repair the damage or give me a partial refund for the cost of repairs. I was told they would not. see pictures below. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone else not to use them either.

The company installed a cheaper version of granite than I paid for. I questioned it as soon as they put it in but the guy's installing it didn't speak English and couldn't answer any questions or concerns. Called the company and they explained to me that natural stone varies and they can't guarantee it will be like the sample. I went to their showroom and got the sample (that was cheaper) of what they installed, took pictures showing the counter matching the cheaper sample to a T and they still stood by the fact that you aren't guaranteed what you ordered. I told them I would be willing to meet them in the middle, I didn't even ask that they reinstall the countertops, just give me the price difference of the 2 granites. They refused. Terrible customer service and hard to communicate with language barriers.

We came across L & L by accident while looking for an alternative to Home Depot whose prices were higher then I would have liked. After talking with L & L Kitchen and Bath I loved their Granite and their Prices. However, I was concerned that there price may be a little low to actually get a good install. After they referenced their great reviews on Angies List I took the Granite samples and did my homework. There were a couple of bad reviews but an extensive list of great reviews. So, we went the next week to their main office and looked through their warehouse and picked out the Granite we liked and scheduled an estimate. When I got the final estimate I payed the first half and scheduled the install. The install went flawlessly. L & L was on time, very professional and the final product is beautiful. I have already recommend L & L to several of my friends.

Read several reviews about about a language barrier with the installation crew. However, I tried to call just to make sure I didn't need to make an appointment with them before I drove across town and there was such a language barrier between the lady that answered the phone and myself that I couldn't even communicate what I was needing. She took my number and said someone would call me back shortly. Never heard from them. Needless to say I didn't bother driving across town and used another vendor instead.

They were very flexible with schedule as I had to reschedule several times do to my special order sink from lowes arriving a month late.they were timely and professional.

They were excellent! We weren't sure we could afford quality granite countertops when we began our search as the costs we were being quoted seemed extremely high--not just the granite, but all of the "additional" expenses. The cost for our countertops were low, the add-ons were minimal and the people at L&L were phenominal throughout the process. We were very happy with the service and the product. And now we have some beautiful countertops in our kitchen. Great people, Great service, Great products!!!

My experience with them went great. They were fast. Once we called and decided to use them, they installed in like two weeks. The job all went well and they cleaned up real well. It was also one of the cheapest places I found, but it's really good quality.

it went great. These guys have a great selection, a location in Edmond, as well the warehouse on the south side. Their prices are inexpensive and they are swift installers. We loved working with them and would use them again.

They were great. Very professional and did a great job.

They quickly scheduled an estimate. Very detailed measurement process and estimate given on the spot. They saved info for several months until we were ready to proceed. Lots of choices in materials. After 1/2 deposit, they scheduled installation. They are very busy, but were able to schedule us for two weeks out. Came out again to make a detailed template of the counters, and actually came out earlier than expected for installation. Teams are very focused and professional. Large project installed in about four hours time. Only challenge in the whole project is language barrier. I highly recommend for a great, high end product at very reasonable price point.

Pretty good. Seams could be slightly better. They came back and re cut the opening for cooktop when the new one came it didn't fit. No charge even though was not their fault

They had a good selection of granite to choose from. They arrived on time and did the installation in 4 hours. They removed the old countertops and backsplash. Everything looks great.

It went very well. One little problem trying to fit the huge "chunk" of granite in the bathroom they had to remove my hand towel racks on each side of the vanity. The first guy removed one very easily, the other guy ripped the rack out of the wall so now I have to have it patched and reinstall it next to the same area. If I could do it over again, I would remove them myself in preparation for their install. The granite itself is just beautiful. They did a great job with the under counter sink mounts, the cuts for the new faucets, and the back/side splashes and caulking are great! I/we are very happy with their work and would use them again - most likely will when we do our kitchen next year.

We went to the show room, and were shown what stock was available in the back room. We were feel that the granite to choose from was at least as varied as the other places we looked. When comparing prices for the whole job (granite & installation) they were the best deal. They showed up on time to do the measurements & the installation. The counter pieces all fit as needed. The installers didn't not speak English very well, but good enough to get the job done. After more then a year later we are still very happy with the counters, and would use L & L again.

Slim selection. My first choice was gone within a week of when I first visited their showroom. Settled on another color and they measured, cut and installed. I was nervous about the kitchen, because they did not have any slabs long enough to do my counter in one piece. The seam turned out acceptable and saved me $1,800 over the next closest bid for the job. The installers do not speak clear english and are difficult to communicate with, but do good work and cleanup when the job is complete. Overall, I would use someone else if price is not an option and you expect flawless results. However, the quality is very good and the price is unbeatable in the OKC area. Keep in mind, they were over a month behind when I hired them.

They have the materials at the store that we can choose from. They sent a guy to measure the countertop area before giving an estimated price. Once agreed, we go back to the store and see the actual piece of granite they will cut out for us, which is awesome because you can choose whether you want one with natural markings or ask them to choose one with no marks. Afte the half deposit, they sent the same guy to get an exact measurement and models for the cut. Two guys came on installation day and they worked pretty fast. Nothing was broken like other people said, they were careful not to bump into our appliances in that small space. Then they smoothen out the granite top with razor as there's still some glue left. Great quality with great price!

It was excellent. I couldn’t be happier. It was beautiful. They came in; they got it done, just like they have promised. They put it in and it was a beautiful job. It was a great job at the great price.

They were very neat, extremely well organized and worked quickly. The did a wonderful job and left everything in good shape. We were very pleased with all that they did, and found the company easy to work with.

The service went great. The only thing that was difficult was the language barrier from the workers, but they did understand enough English to answer questions. Mainly, I let them do their job. The only thing I can think of is that they left a new hardware lite strainer for the sink. I did not know if that was included or not.

These guys were amazing. The price was great and they did a fantastic job. We purchased granite and a sink through them. They came 2 weeks later installed the granite, sink and faucet. It looks great and we are very pleased.

Overall quite impressive. Demoed old counters and backsplash, and installed 85 sq ft of granite counter in 4 hours flat. Disappointed in the destruction wrought on the existing drywall behind backsplash, which required complete replacement of drywall before installing new backsplash. Overall it fit very good (measure twice, cut once!), the granite quality & finish were of moderate grade, but it looks great! Very nice people, definite language barrier especially with the installation team, but I can recommend them and would use them again. Best deal in town by far!
