It worked out well and their price seemed reasonable at the time. They made a house call and got here pretty quickly. I was not here when they came, but my wife was. She did not say anything bad about their call.

It went great. I would definately recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

He was prompt and professional. He is very dependable and we were very pleased with his work.

When I called Ken's Repair I left a message and he called me back very shortly. We talked about my oven and what it was doing. He helped me find the Model number on the oven while on the phone. I had to call him back because it was very difficult to read the number in the location it was in. When I called him back with the number, he said he was going to the parts supply store anyway and he would try to find out if parts were available for my oven because it is about 40 years old. He called me back very quickly with the information that parts were not available but he would try to help me just get the oven to heat by talking me through what to try, or he could come and do it himself but I would owe a service fee if he came out and he might not be able to fix it if it needed a part. He was very honest about that and he spent a good deal of time with me on the phone to let me know what to try to solve the problem and if I wanted to schedule a service call to call him back I was able to fix the heating problem with his telephone instructions. The door hinge is still not normal but I can use the oven now. In the future when I call a appliance service company to fix any of my appliances it will be Ken's company. He was so patient and helpful on the telephone that it made an impression on me. He didn't have to give that help without being paid for it and in my experience that is very rare.
