Mistakes were made on her part. Was suppose to close at the end of October. I gave up my apartment in anticipation of moving into my new home. 5 days before closing I was told there was a problem and couldn't close. Now here I was with no where to live. I got no help or even an apology. This should never have happened. Use a realtor that is more interested in helping than posting provocative bill boards around town.

I am very pleased with the service. The one agent that is acting for me is also acting for the sellers with another agent. Shan is my agent; she showed me houses sand she walked me through all the paper work because I have never bought a house before. She has gone over to open up the house anytime anyone needed in for any purpose. She was just incredibly helpful and was always there when I needed to contact them. They quoted me a price and I took it. It was all very fair. They were very courteous. I have never dealt with a realtor before but I have absolutely nothing bad to say about them.

My Realtor was very helpful and seemed to be acting in good faith. She had no trouble answering my questions and did a good job getting the documents to me so I could sign them and send them back. I would absolutely use her again.
