+ -1 moreWe began looking for property about a year ago on websites and called Matt to arrange a viewing of several large acreages with and without homes. Eventually, we decided on a much smaller .34 acre water-front property that was more conveniently located in the city. He helped us negotiate a fair price, and his team handled all the appointments for surveys, inspections, etc... Matt was there for every single meeting and inspection at the new home even if he didn't necessarily need to be there. When there were issues with the contract, he immediately notified all parties and revised to make sure we got the best deal we could possibly get. His attention to detail and knowledge base were a wonderful asset to have on our side as we went through the home-buying journey together, and we highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Matt Holder is an excellent realtor. He helped us find our beautiful water-front property, and at every step of the process he was there to guide, inform, and support our decision to purchase a new home.
