He has turned $18000 to million dollar thing. He is very down to earth. What I like about him is that I can give him a property that’s sitting for two years and he can deal with it in two weeks. I would use them in the future.

He has sold several properties that I had seen languish under other realtors, and has taken many listings that I referred to him even when other realtors might well have turned them down.
