Everything went very smoothly. The front door did stick after applying the weather stripping and Robert came back to adjust it and now it works just fine.
Description of Work: Built concrete step from kitchen to garage, painted Rust-Oleum on storage shed roof. Caulked all windows and also put weather stripping around doors.

You can't go wrong with Justin. He's there when he says he will be, does outstanding work, and charges a reasonable price. He has done work at my house several times and I'm planning to use him again soon for a kitchen renovation. Especially unusual for a contractor, if he can't do something or doesn't want to, he will tell you and help you find somebody else.
Description of Work: replace interior doors and trim
He did a very good job on the repairs. I have recommended him to others.
Description of Work: He did a lot of repairs for me at my home. He fixed some woodwork that hadn't been done properly, painted, put in a new door, and a lot of other jobs also.

We bought a side-by-side refrigerator that just barely fit where we needed to put it; because of the tight fit we could not open the freezer door all the way. Instead of returning the refrigerator we decided to have part of the wall removed. My kitchen was a boxed-in little room and I had always wanted to and quot;open it up.and quot;Justin was referred to me by a friend of my son's; they all go to church together. I called him and told him what I needed and he agreed to come by and give me an estimate. When he arrived I showed him what I wanted done. Without using pen and paper, he estimated the materials within $5 of the actual price. He told me the project would take a day or no more than a day and a half. He quoted his daily rate, which I thought was quite reasonable. I advised him that I was notorious for making last-minute changes and I would expect to pay more if that happened (which it did, of course). Justin worked very diligently and quickly. My dad used to do a lot of remodel work, so I knew he would have to rebrace the load-bearing wall, which he did. He moved a light switch which was in the part of the wall he removed. He taped and bedded the new Sheetrock perfectly smooth so we could paint. He suggested a beautiful piece of oak as a threshold between the two rooms, now that they were more or less one room. What a difference!! He went the extra mile in that he took home a dining room chair with a broken rung and fixed it for us - without any extra charge. I cannot say enough about Justin's abilities, his manners, his soft, quiet speech and his humility. He finished the job for us on the day before his 41st birthday, so he's not a kid, but he was still very respectful to his and quot;elders.and quot; He was obviously so trustworthy that the second day he was here we left him here by himself to go to the grocery store. I would recommend Justin to anyone needing work done around the house. I have already talked to him about doing some work in a rent house we own - I have every confidence that the job will be done correctly, in good time, and professionally.
Description of Work: Removed most of a wall between two rooms. Added oak threshold and new Sheetrock. Taped and bedded the Sheetrock and sanded it smooth. Installed trim around new opening. Moved a light switch that was in the part of the wall he removed. Also repaired a broken dining room chair. UPDATE: Because of the height of the threshold and a medical problem I have, I had to ask Justin to come back and lessen the height. He came almost immediately, removed it, took it away, planed and/or sanded it down to the height I asked for (well, almost; he said any more would weaken it), brought it back and reinstalled it. It is now perfect. Justin absolutely refused to allow me to pay him for his extra work. This young man is extraordinary!
