Description of Work: Shawn (the owner of Joker's Carpet) is awesome at what he does. I had him clean my tile grout in my kitchen, and it looks fantastic! He noticed we had tile in our entry way and decided to go ahead and do that grout, too, even though I hadn't asked him to, which I thought was very nice. The tile looks so much better!!

Description of Work: One of our renters let the toilet flood over and our new Berber carpet was a mess! I immediately went to Angie's List and saw a referral. Then, went to their website, JokersCarpet.com, and found a lot of great feedback from satisfied customers. So I called them. The company is owned by Shawn & Nena, husband and wife, and they have extensive experience in the industry, and have been in business for quite a few years. I spent a mere 5 minutes on their site and knew I needed to call for a quote. Shawn was a home run from the get go! He & his wife are professional, smart, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in their field. In that one conversation, I knew this was the company I wanted to hire and fix my flood problem at that rental property. My husband & I have had rental property for decades, and a lot of repair companies try to sell you services you just don't need. Not Shawn; he was honest, trustworthy, respectful, and did not in any way try to take advantage of us. I really REALLY appreciate an honest man, and a gentleman; those qualities are rare these days. Hey, as my daddy used to say, "A man is only as good as his word". So, the best recommendation I can give you for Jokers Carpet Service is this.. Shawn's word is good.
