They discovered the source of the leak very quickly and made the repair. Lucky for us it was all very simple. They also took care of a few preventative steps for other possible leaks in the future. They were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them for any problem you can't solve yourself.

THIS COMPANY IS GREAT!! We've been using them a little over a year now and they have been just awesome. They keep their scheduled appointments and their team looks and acts professional (not the usual in this industry). Having just gone through a very unfortunate and unprofessional ordeal with our prior service provider [feel free to see my other reviews for details and a comparison] this company has been an excellent change of pace. They are without a doubt the most knowledgeable, fair and best priced pool service company in Oklahoma. After a long hunt and working through several 'less than stellar' choices this company beats all. You'll never have surprises when it comes to pool repairs, and because they actually know what they are doing you won't need pool repair very often. Unlike most pool service companies, they actually have an office manager and a clerical team. This should serve as a lesson to those companies who think they can't afford this type of support staff; you can't afford not to. They make that company money I can assure you. They handle the customer service end and billing with perfection. They never get behind in billing then demand money willy nilly because their company's bills are due. They bill you on a regular schedule, actually do the work before getting paid, and offer payment solutions that make life easier for the customer. They also have such a great reputation that they do not advertise at all except for the uniform look of all their company trucks. (new white Ford pick-ups with Johnson Pools written in dark blue) I wished I had noticed them sooner. From what I can tell they handle most (no exaggeration) of the pools in Nichols Hills. There is a reason you see this company's trucks everywhere!!! If you are not currently happy with your pool service provider, dump them and move on to this company. You will not regret it!!!! My overall experience with Johnson Pools was good. They did a lot of marketing on the side trying to get us to try new products and services. They always followed up to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.
