+ -1 moreOur insurance adjuster upset Todd so much that after the encounter I tried several times to get Todd to give us a written quote on our roof job, through emails and phone messages. Todd did not respond. We had another company perform the work. I would have hired this company, they came highly recommended. After this incident i requested another insurance adjuster who was much nicer to work with. my advice, atleast call the customer back as the situation may have changed. There was no quote for pricing or work performed. No one ever called back.
Description of Work: Todd showed up to meet with our Insurance adjuster, he was very kind and professional. Our insurance adjuster was not kind and was bossy and rude.

chimney repair
+ -1 moreA little disappointed because Jenco Roofing was supposed to get out to fix it before but never made it out. Then they had a problem so that put it back another week and a half. When they finally got around to coming out, though, they did a great job.
Description of Work: Jenco Roofing had to come out and repair the chimney and replaced the wind turbine and replaced the wood, vents, etc.
