Perfectly, as described. The installation team was fast, courteous of our home and very informative - taking the time to explain things that we could be doing better to ensure that the system was being used most efficiently.

The service call went really well. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. The replacement of the compressor fan went smoothly. Their service fee schedule was easy to understand.

Their pricing is like a car repair, where a part or service falls within a select category and you don't adjust the pricing. This is one of those, we will come out and inspect your unit for $49.00 deals and the first pound of Freon is free, and they of course are looking for anything else that can be fixed. We have an older unit, so of course there will always be something that could be fixed. It's hard to know if the prices are good or bad because of their pricing structure so I cannot say whether or not the pricing is fair. Overall, the call was good and I would recommend them. If however, large repairs are needed, and if the unit is working and you don't need to hurry, you might shop around price wise before making the repair, but if comfortable with the immediate decision, they did a good job.

The technician was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. He spent quite a bit of time checking everything out. I was very pleased with the service.

I purchased the discount furnace tune up for two units. I also had a programable thermostat installed. Mike arrived during scheduled period and was very knowledgeable. He explained what he would do and went over his findings. I decided to sign up for the service club. I would highly recommend Interstate for HVAC service.

Called Interstate on Tuesday for a seond assessment on a failed AC unit in OKC; same day visit to assess the problem. It was determined to replace the AC unit, which was the same as the first company. The bid went to Interstate, even though they were a few dollars higher, just seemed more confident with the technician. The technician pointed out a few more details that the first bidder did not address. Unit was installed Friday, no rush, since the weather had turned to cooler temps.

I've used Interstate several times in the past with heating and air conditioning problems. They've always been extremely prompt and professional. I really appreciate their honest straight-forward approach and always been pleased by their service. I highly recommend them.

They did fine work, but they wanted to add an insurance plan on and wanted to sell more.

It was very simple. Everything went fine.

Everything was very routine. Showed up on time, serviced the a/c and heating system. He found a part in the system that was almost in non-working condition. I had him go ahead and replace the part, which was approximately $160.

The technician was very polite. The technician found a part on my AC unit that needed to be replaced. It wasn't cheap but it has helped my AC run significantly better than before. He also took the time to help me set my new thermostat that the electric company recently installed but didn't set up without my asking him to.

When I called the 1-800 number I received courteous service. The call center representative offered to give me a call thirty minutes before the technician showed up and I did receive that call. I appreciated the warning that the technician was on the way. When the technician arrived he was professional and personable. He seemed quite competent and was able to answer all of my questions. The service was complete within an hour, and I have not had any problems with my a/c unit since.

It took two days to do the job. On the first day the old system was removed and the new one installed. My old system lasted 26 years without any problems other than normal maintenance, it just quit working. On the second day the old ducting was removed and replaced. Everything went really well. I am seeing lower electric bills, about $75.

They charged a lot for the work! $700 to find a leak and $420 to fill the refrigerant. Apparently this is because they just have a scheduled for what they charge for specific things. The person on the phone said she would talk to the manager, but she never called me back.

After trying to sell me on some "service club" offer, encouraging me to join because I would save $100 on the service, O.O he left me with a quote for over two thousand dollars of work. Obviously, we called another company. Two hundred dollars later, our A/C was fine. I waited until now (September) to write this review to make sure the unit lasted all summer. We haven't had a single problem all summer!

. Service went well. From the first contact when they answered the phone with "how can we make you smile today," to the professionalism of the crew who inspected the existing unit to the ones who installed the new unit I had a pleasant experience.

ac quit cooling called interstate around 5.00 pm .could not come untill aroun 7;30. WAS RUNNING A FEW MINUTES LATE BUT CALLED WHEN HE WAS ON HIS WAY. ARRRIVED AT 7;45 made checks on different things and determined the coil was bad .coil did not have a part number on it so he spent quite a bit of time on phone with someone trying to come up with the right coil.finally found it and had one on truck. he then gave me the option of finding one and replacing it myself and told me how much it would be before he went ahead and fixed it . he then cleaned it and added refrigerant. it was 9;15 BEFORE HE GOT FINISHED. HE WAS A VERY NICE YOUNG MAN AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL. WAS A VERY GOOD EXPIERINCE.
