We were in the midst of 100+ degree heat and the air conditioner wasn't keeping up. The service people were very professional, as were our phone contacts. In the end, it required three visits to diagnose and treat the problem; the additional two service calls were gratis.

The job went very smoothly. The two man team arrived promptly at approximately the time scheduled. The entire unit in the closet had to be pulled out in order to change the evaporator coil. While it was removed they performed the duct cleaning. The coil was changed out and the unit was reinstalled. The system was charged with freon and tested. The whole service took just about all day. While reinstalling they noted that the gas line to the furnace was not up to code. They updated the line, but ran part of it in front of the access panel of the furnace so it is very difficult to remove the panel. I am not sure they had much choice though given the confines of the closet. The other issue was that the size of the old evaporator coil was different than the new one. This required some creative engineering on their part and liberal use of some goop I think they called mastic.

From the time the Service Tech arrived he was professional and honest. He examined our system in whole, and then examined each compoinent in more detail. In the end I felt very confident that our AC unit would last us another couple of years.

The technician told me a major part on my air conditioning unit had gone out. The part usually costs about $300.00 He assisted me with reviewing my warranty info and we discovered the part was covered under my warranty. He called his office where they researched the Oklahoma City area to find out where the part could be bought. This was on a Saturday but fortunately, they found a place that was open. He went and got it for me since it was covered under warranty and came back to my home and installed it. Incredible customer service! He was polite, professional and gave me tips on the upkeep of my air conditioner. It took about 3 hours, given the time he had to leave and go buy the part and return to my home. The overall experience was impressive. I would recommend this company without reservation.

The are a fine company. the owner and couple others are excellent. They show up and do what they say they will, they honor their word. I can not say enough good about them. I only had problems with one guy and he is no longer there. They are highly trained, courteous and professional.

Called Interstate to have a service technician come out and provide an estimate and repairs of some ductwork. I called two days prior and an agreed day and time was confirmed. Received a phone call and a message after hours the following day to confirm the appointment, called back promptly and was greeted by the answering service and I told them that I was confirming my appointment. The following morning (day of service) I received a phone call again at 7:57 AM which I didn't answer (fixing breakfast for children), message was left asking me for a third time to confirm the appointment which was already scheduled for that day between 8:00 AM and Noon. I returned the phone call an hour later only to be told that since I didn't call back to confirm the appointment that they sent the technician to a " no heat emergency call" which equals instant $$$$. I was then told that he could drop by around 4:30 if that was OK. Being that I dont have 8 hours to plan my day around any emergency phone calls that may occur days after my initial call, I declined and called another HVAC service company (with great reviews) that could provide service that day.

These guys were great. They replaced the unit in the attic without having to rebuild the attic access, which the other company I had called said would have to be done. The sales manager himself came out the same day we called and they had the unit installed within a couple of days. They brought everything up to code including the switch for the attic light. Their work looked good and they were very professional.

Since I had just replaced my roofing materials there were also workmen from another contractor adjusting my roof vents. The blower unit stopped working during the Interstate inspection. The workman from Interstate insisted the problem was caused by the other workmen adjusting the vent. One of the other workmen was a HAC expert and correctly diagnosed the problem as a burned out switch and fixed it (free of charge) after the Interstate worker left in frustration. The workman from Interstate was not good at trouble-shooting an issue that developed. He was a nice young man. It was a bit chaotic that day. The other HAC guy had more experience and was able to correctly fix the problem with no drama and no additional cost to me.

They were very fair and answered all my questions about a new furnace. They were quick to return my calls and when I made the decision to buy from them, they were there the next day to install it. I also appreciated that their quote was a final, bottom line cost, to include taxes. Some other places I compared with did not specify until I asked. Believe me, I did my homework and these guys are good. I highly recommend them and would do business with them again.

Installed air conditioner outside unit and exchange unit in attic in May 2012. Contacted this company because of high ratings on Angie's list. They attempted a fix to existing unit but it was just too far gone (we knew it was on it's last legs). Sales staff was helpful and provided lots of options with no pressure. Heater did not need replacement at this time so they didn't try to talk us into that as we had a limited budget. We opted for a slightly higher end unit with lifetime mfg warrenty option (Amana) and paid a little more since we don't plan to move from this house. Old unit was original to the home and 15 years old, contractor grade unit and was actually about a 1/2 ton too small for house anyway -- so summer bills were very high. Installation day was easy -- arrived on time and were done in about 4 hours. And they gave us credit for the first repairs that did not fix the old unit. A/C bills were considerably less from May - Sept. Best of all -- it was COOL and comfortable in our house even when it was 100+ degrees outside last summer. We were able to keep the thermostat around 78 degrees most of time. Our home is western exposure with little shade -- so this is really huge for us. Monthly maintenance plan has been great. Very inexpensive at $15 a month (and that price was locked in for life) and covers two service calls per year (summer and winter prep). They came in the fall 2012 to service the heater. We opted for a much needed unit cleaning and some minor maintenance repairs at that time and got a 20% discount on that service (total was $180). I would highly recommend this company to anyone -- they are ethical, honest and their pricing is competitve and in writing up front before you have any repairs done.

They are very good to take care of rentals with in a few hours of my call. The girls in the office are wonderful....the paper work is always correct and sent the next day. Very luck to have them. They also, take care of my personal home. GG

They were absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend them. They were on time, and they recommended changes to make it more efficient. They even put on a new thermostat. Their service is very excellent.

My furnace went out on Saturday. I called them, after looking over reviews here, and they showed up promptly. The furnace was shot so they gave me a quote for replacing the system. It was a good price, I didn't go with though.

There's not one thing bad about their company. I've been impressed with their technicians, the service and everything. I recommend them.

Our heat went out during a cold spell, and they were able to get to me very quickly. Their representative on the phone was a great & empathetic customer service person that showed awesome professionalism and competency. She also had a great attitude about her job, which is rare in this industry. (I called three other companies before this one, and they either put me off, never called me back, or simply acted like they didn't care about our situation.) When the service person showed up he called first, he was on time, and very professional. From his dress to his technical skills. Once he performed his initial maintenance check of the unit he sat me down and explained what was going wrong. He also showed me the costs up front (which did not depend on the time he used to complete the job, but the job itself.) In other words, no surprises on price. In short, they were competent, competitive in price, and worth every penny.

I would not trust them on my experience. They might be qualified, etc. but I think I got screwed around by them. When I called them up to look at my air conditioning unit, he added a component to the air conditioning, I knew the air conditioning system was old to begin with, and next day my system broke and they sent another guy out and he says he put this on backwards and I thought it at that time, but I think maybe that is why my condensor crapped out. It was in the middle of the summer and we needed something fast and quick. It is hard to say because it was old a conditioner and it is just coincident that it crapped out. They seem nice enough people, but I just would not trust them.

I was pleased with both the quality of work and the total price. Once the project was started we ran into a couple of issues that could have been prevented during the intial project design. The inside unit barley fit into the closet after some modifications and the new copper had to be run outside the condo because of the cramped area where if currently existed. Both of these concerns should have been caught up front, but they did go the extra mile and take care of everything with out any extra charges. I would definitely use them again, and I recomend them without hesitation.

I love this company. Within minutes of purchasing the deal on Angie's List, they called to set up service. Charles was prompt and professional. He conducted the inspection on two furnaces and gave me a detailed account of the condition of both. We decided to have further service done on one of the units. Charles returned two days later and completed the service quickly for $159. Our united at 8 years old, but I believe they will last a while with the great service we receive from Interstate. I will be calling them in the spring to check our air conditioners.
