The price was very reasonable, and the work was well done. I would tell others that they can expect a very good result. They did a very good job. The quality was excellent, and their responsiveness was very good.

The gentleman was very thorough--even went into the attic to check out ductwork. Made a check list on items that needed attention and went over that with us.

Kept changing the date of service. Frustrating. Of course they found a problem, even though the part was recently fixed. Not worth the money paid.

I really enjoyed them. The didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. He gave me recommendations but wasn't trying to force anything on me.

The the technician did a very thorough check of the entire HVAC system and pointed out a couple of improvments (like sealing and insulating the vent pipe that leads to the roof chimney. He even suggested that, just to be completely safe, we probnably should install Carbon Monoxide detectors before winter. The only shortcoming (and this is as much fault as mine) the technician did not leave behind the old capacitor he replaced, just as I ask my mechanic to leave any parts he replaces in a plastic bag--but I trust Intersate and will use them again and will recommend them to new next-door neighbors who just moved in.

The serviceman arrived on time, the day after a tornado. Terrific guy, very professional. I might have been able to find someone to do the job cheaper, but with Interstate I don't have to worry about the quality of the repair.

I was very happy with them. Interstate was very courteous. They know what they are doing and that is number one. I had messed with another service. I just never seem to get everything out with them going right. I would have the same problem over and over. They would not keep the house cool. I wanted to be comfortable. I usually want it at seventy three. Interstate have been able to fix that and it is working really well. The person I have worked with was Brad and he is very nice. I felt that their price was fair. I appreciate that I did not have to pay the part. It was just a couple of hours for the labor. They came in and went right to work. They gave me the information that they had. You can see how they do the work. I like that because I have an idea of how much its going to cost me.

Went good came in checked out the system both heating & cooling. Said system was in good shape.

Matt was prompt and on time. He immediately go to work checking our systems. When he was done, he presented me with an itemized list for each unit of the 53 point tune up. He made a couple recommendations to keep the units running smoothly. We chose not to do them at this time. But I am preparing to schedule one of them this week. I have been using Interstate for about 3 years now, and I am totally satisfied. My systems run great and have confidence in their technicians.

The provider was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable about the products and our options. The cost was much higher than we expected, so we cannot afford to use them at this time. They have called us multiple times to follow up with us, and we will most likely use them for the service in the future.

They came in gave us quotes for several systems and helped us determine which one would most meet our needs. They were a little more expensive than other companies but i believe we received a better system, better service, and about the fasted installation i've ever heard of. From estimate to finished installation it was only about 4 days. We also had a small issue about a week after installation and they sent someone out the same day to help, and it was a sunday.

We called to set up an appt. As we were not on a maintenance program, we were scheduled for 5 days out. The weather was not hot and we were agreeable to waiting. When the day came and service did not show, my husband called the office. We were not on the service schedule and were told it would be another 2 days. When my husband expressed interest in calling another company, the office staff was quick to offer us a free year on their maintenance program and 20% off parts. Amber explained this program would give us first claim on service appts. and call outs for holidays and weekends were not extra cost. Chris was our service tech and was very knowledgeable and professional. He also spoke highly of the owners and how he enjoyed working for the company. He explained the parts he replaced and that we have a leak in the line that would need to be addressed. As the cost to find the leak was not what we could afford at this time, we did not have it fixed. I will definitely call Interstate again to fix the leak and will continue on their maintenance program. Except for the miscommunication with the appt., everything was great.

I purchased a big deal. They were good. They were fine. They were on time. They did what they were supposed to. It was not very expensive.

The technician was very thorough during the inspection and kept me informed on what he was doing and why he was doing it. All questions I may have had he answered them with ease and respect. He was punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

My experience with them was fine. They were professional. When they came out, they gave the estimate on about how much I needed. They were not pushy about me buying other products from them, even though I ended up buying other products from them. It took them a while to call me back.

Replaced fan on condenser unit outside. Did a full check of system and caught a couple maintenance items id been missing. Professional and I would recommend.

Prompt communication. He spent quite a few hours repairing the unit and it works great now. Overall a good experience, but we were not expecting the high cost of the repairs...

Received bid and Interstate offered best price for comparable HVAC system. They were on time and professional and did what I consider, a good job. I would recommend this business to family/friends and I will change from whom I currently use to Interstate for my service in the future.

I got 16 seers that mean something to the industry. The seer rating has to do with how efficient the air condition is. I subsequently had the one year contract for them to come out to check and clean the furnace in spring and to the same thing in the fall. They are very good. They drug test their employees. They are always well dressed. Interstate does not have any turnover. They cleanup after themselves. They bring vacuum cleaners. They don’t leave little bits of garbage around. They are very good.

The job went fine. They just did a check-up, told me about the system and what things could go wrong in the future. It looks like it was doing well. Overall, they were good. I would not call them back just because I know that I can get most of the work done less expensively. I realized that they were kind of fishing for work by doing the check-up which is what check-ups are for, but that is fine. They did a good job for what it was. They were late though. I would probably not use them again because they are not really that local. They are from Oklahoma City which is twenty miles away. So, they are some larger company than I normally would use.
