He did a really good job. On the pricing, I really don?t know anything different. I know I talked to other folks and they asked me how much I paid and they say, ?yea, that?s about right!? It wasn?t a bargain, but I felt like I paid for what I got, sort of speak. As for quality, the water heater has only been in there for 6 months/7 months now. As of now it is working fine and doing fine. They were excellent with responsiveness. The fact that I called them and the fact that they made themselves available that same day. In fact, within a couple of hours, that is hard to do with a plumber. In an emergency, they get them to be available to you. I was real pleased. This was the one and only time I have used them.

Came out same day. System wasn't cooling. Spent a couple of hours diagnosing problem. Have used company several times over last couple of years on a variety of jobs, including installation of gas line for fireplace, replacement of water supply line for ice maker (thru attic), replacement of central heater/blower unit, and general A/C unit maintenance. All jobs were handled quickly and effectively.

He came out within an hour after I had called and replaced the valve and all the fittings. It was just before we closed the sell of that place so it was kind of like a golden parachute for us. They got the job done in short order and for a reasonable price. I will use him as long as he is alive.

He came back several times but I didn't realize he was charging us with two or three dollars an hour. We had an issue with the bill. My husband resolved that with them and they were willing to take a lesser amount, I think they settled on six hundred dollars. Because we thought it really wasn't fair to pay twelve hundred dollars when they didn't resolve anything, the only thing out of that was just the flush system. But, I think things ended amicably, I would call them again. They were wonderful. We were happy with the actual work they did. There service was really good and I felt like they did good work, it just the bill that we have an issue with. They were a lot higher than any other plumbing company I've used.

I have used these guys a number of times and they have always gone the extra mile. The crew is very professional and friendly. They know how to deal with dogs, too. Highly recommended.

They are excellent. They show up on time, they are polite and professional.

They came out and, I thought, cleared the line. I failed to read the hand written invoice which was more detailed than the verbal instructions given to me and didn't realize it needed further repair. A week later I had to call them back for a follow-up at which time I was informed the line needed major repair. I requested a quote and after 3 days I called them and was informed he was 'working' on the quote. I gave up on them and contacted another provider who came out the same day and gave me an immediate quote. This provider was just too slow in responding to my situation and had poor communication skills, in my opinion.

They came on time, ready to work. Mark quickly isolated the problem, and made a minor electrical correction and viola! problem gone. He advised on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Drain now works fine.

They are very professional. They are really great people.

They were very responsive and quick. The service was excellent. The only issue I had was that they didn't tell me how much it was going to cost.

They are honest, and always do what they say they are going to do. They are always very prompt and punctual. Their pricing is very competitive to other companies in the area.

Called in the morning and they were out the same day. Took them about an hour and they guaranteed their work. Very Satisfied.

Arrived as scheduled, replaced the hose.

They seem to be very competent and knowledgeable. We had hail recently which damaged the vent cap and Industrial was actually recommended by the manufacturer. We haven’t has any issues with the water heater since. We still use them for ongoing service.

Verified that the problem (sewage backup) was in city sewer line. They had installed a complicated HVAC system in my house as well as added a backflow adapter on another sewer line in my home that another company had missed. Jim able to explain rational for plumbing and heating that I am able to understand. Also knows his profession and able to problem solve when encounters events not expected.

Very responsive and thorough in dealing with problem.

I have used Industrial Plumbing since 1957. I like that I can call them and they are out in one day. I also like that they are professional and know their stuff.
