Very well, work done to satisfaction, the repairman, Brad, was pleasant and professional.

I called & the receptionist was very professional. She was able to get someone out the same morning that I called. She called 30 minutes ahead before the serviceman showed up. I wasn't at home but my sister was there. She said he looked around & assessed what was wrong, then he called me with an estimate before he would proceed. The price seemed reasonable so I gave him permission. I was able to call the office & pay over the phone. It was so easy & they were so professional. That really stood out for me.

I was quoted $150.00 by Hull Plumbing to unclog the washer line (this included the service call). Floyd, a plumber (friendly and professional) came out and climbed on my roof. After about twenty minutes he came back with some tree roots but told me that he couldn't find the clog and would need to come back with a camera and then they would charge me an additional $250.00 to FIND the clog and then deduct the $250.00 from the overall cost of the repair once it's unclogged. I already had another plumber on the way over to give me another opinion/estimate so I told Hull Plumbing that I'd get back to them should I need him to come out with the camera. He then charged me the FULL $150.00 and left...with my drain line still clogged. So, I paid the original quoted price that was inclusive of the service call for nothing. When Chris Craft Plumbing showed up, he found the clog (granted, he was knowledgeable about older plumbing - which is a plus!) and unclogged it. He went to the washer and cleaned the drain behind it - PROBLEM SOLVED!! I asked him about the tree roots and he gave me some product to put in my sinks and toilets. My drain leak was fixed and it had nothing to do with tree roots and I.haven't had a problem since. After a while, I received a few follow-up calls from Hull Plumbing to see if I still wanted them to come out with a camera. When I explained the above situation to, Jennifer, with Hull Plumbing, her tone quickly changed and she said, "okay, so what IS your problem now?" Well, my problem is feeling like they should have charged me only for the service call versus the original quote for a repair. I believe you should "try nice first" any time you take an issue with someone. I wasn't rude - ever - but, I decided that I would indeed take the time out to write a review because even though Jennifer rudely offered to take a message and put it on the owner's desk (who she said was out at the moment...shocker.) I feel like writing a review here and helping others to avoid poor service is my only recourse.

I got five plumber's estimates to run a gas line from my house to my shop building and hired Hull Plumbing - not because they were the cheapest, but because they presented a very solid plan on how to get it done correctly and cost efficiently. They came out and did the job and I was not disappointed..........and their price was right too. Would I call them again? Yes I would.

They're honest and don't overcharge for the work they do. They're efficient and are able to get the work done quickly. The men that work there are nice and courteous. They take their shoes off at the door so they don't track anything in and clean up after themselves. The owner is a great man as well, he calls after the work is completed to make sure everything is fixed. I would highly recommend this company.

It went well. Our plumber, Jake was frustrated with his office staff due to not getting the help he needed in order to finish job in time promised. We were happy with the work.

He explained the problem we were seeing and he tested some things and found the issue. They were very efficient and explained everything in detail on the problem as well as the solution. They did a great job and very reasonable as far as pricing goes. We will be using Hull Plumbing for our next plumbing issue for sure!

They were wonderful both times! I was very pleased.

The repair guy showed up was here for less than 15 minutes, told me I had a major problem and that it was going to cost over $1500 to dig a 4x4 hole and replace a small section of pipe and if they had to do more then we would have to reevaluate the cost.

The plumbers arrived in a timely fashion, the operator was very polite. But once they got there they hit me with a $200 dollar quote fee. Before he would even look at the pipes he wanted me to sign a paper that made me agree to pay them $200 just to quote the job. Although, they said if I let them do the work they might credit it back to us in the final bill. Nothing of the sort was mentioned on the call I originally made. I told the plumber, so if you look at it and decide that it's not something you want to do I lose my 200, or whatever price you decide to charge me I have to agree or I lose my 200? To which he said yes. I told him to go kick rocks, plenty of plumbers do not charge a trip or quote charge. I called the operator back and told her she should warn people of the few, to which sh replied that she was unaware of it, only the $35 trip charge was what she understood. I told her that they tried to get me to pay $200! She said she would talk to the owner, been 4 days and still have not heard back! Terrible of them to do this, I would pay a trip charge if I don't want the work done, $35 is ok, but $200! If you agree to that then your stuck with whatever quote your given, stay away, there are plenty of plumbers that will give you an honest assessment for free.

They were able to tell me that my plumbing issues were an old toilet not pipe problems.

They did a good job. The price was good too had no problem with the price, it was fair.

The providers were great. They got the pilot switch to work in seconds and replaced gaskets that I wasn't able to get to in my spare time

I'm really glad and feeling very fortunate I called hull plumbing. We noticed a lot of water running inside the air ducts and floor vents. It made loud noises. I first contacted another A/C and plumbing company. They said it was ground water and there is no water pipe leaking. Then I asked a handyman to take a look. He noticed the water meter moving constantly which indicates water leaks. He suggested us to call a professional plumber to find where the leak is that is when I contacted Hull Plumbing. Jennifer the front desk lady was polite and patient. She told me how they will charge for their work since I'm a little worried an issue like this may take a very long time to be figured out and fixed. Hoyt the plumber is nice, professional and most of all, he is very experienced and patient. He checked the meter and determined right away there is water leak even before I arrived at the house. He looked at everywhere suspicious and even unlikely places that I brought up. Eventually he located one toilet with some issues and got it fixed. I was still a little skeptical if this is the cause or the only cause. He was very patient and watched the water meter with me for a long time to make sure it was indeed not moving any more. We pumped the water out afterwards from the ducts and no more new water coming out any more. Seems the issue has been fixed. I have to say Hoyt is very good at what he is doing with great attitude and he deserves credit for that.

Called Hall Plumbing to come and evaluate our clogged drain clean out. The drain line was found to be impacted by roots from a close by cottonwood tree. The technician (Jason) was very professional and arrived on time. He was able to unclog the line and identify the problem. We set up a time for the following week for the line to be dug up and repaired. The crew was a little late in arriving, but they got right to work. The backhoe quickly dug down to the problem area and the plumber cut up the pipe, took out the roots, and repaired the line. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Hull Plumbing.

I was pleased. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I will definitely use him again.

we had a leak in the wall & had to turn our water off. Jason was able to come out & fix the leak so we could get our water back on. He also fixed our garbage disposal for no additional charge. He had to come back a couple of days later to install the new faucet & shower head. Jason was friendly, polite & knowledgeable. He even fixed the holes he made in the wall, which he didn't have to do. Rhonda, the person at the office, was polite & kept us informed.

This company did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

Our sewer started backing up on November 14 and continued into November 15. We left a message through the Hull Plumbing website on 11-15 and it was never acknowledged. On November 16, we contacted the answering service at 7 a.m. and Rhonda from Hull called at 8 a.m. She stated the service could be done at 1 p.m. No one showed up at 1 p.m. and we called at 2 p.m. Rhonda had no record of the service being scheduled and told us there was no way the work could be done on the 16. She stated she had never told us the service could be done. We immediately called Mullin Plumbing, who is now scheduled for the service on 11-16.

They were very professional, punctual, and reasonable priced.

Plumber was at my house within an hour of placing the call. He evaluated the issue, explained what would need to be done to make the repair and the cost. The damage to the faucet was caused by an AT&T contractor. The plumber provided me with detail notes of his profession opinion of how the faucet was damaged. I plan to use the previous pictures, the cost of the repair and his notes to seek reimbursement for the repair from AT&T. Thanks Hull Plumbing!

showed up for appointments on time. Several other plumbers I had called were unable to determine exact cause of odor and recommended several options. Hull technician recognized the source and went straight to the problem. They gained access to the shower pan to confirm. At my request, they recommended a tile person to correct the problem. Also replaced hot water heater and gave 10% discount.

I discovered my drains backing up. I tried all my normal avenues to clear the drains. I plunged all the toilets and tried to put a hose down the clean-out. Nothing worked. So, at 4:45pm I called the Hull Plumbing office and explained. The office staff were very polite and sympathized with my predicament. They said that their technician would be out as soon as he finished his current job. Jake called me at approx. 6:30pm to say he'd be here within the hour. He arrived at 7:09pm, introduced himself and was very polite. He was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. He had the drain open and running in about 40minutes even with running into a potential problem in the drain. Jake was young (24yrs old) but very knowledgeable and able to clearly articulate what he thought may be causing the difficulty in my drains. He even gave me a 30 day do-over warranty if the drain clogged again within 30 days. If it does, he'll be back, clear it again, and then we will have to see what the problem is with a camera examination. Jake was pleasant and careful to remove his shoes when he stepped in the house.
