 + -1 more.I switched to them after our house went unrented for several months. They put reliable tenants in immediately at a rent more compatible with the local market. They've also helped me and the renters address/coordinate several maintenance issues such as tree trimming/removal and new floors after minor flooding.
Description of Work: I pay them a monthly fee to manage my property in Oklahoma (a house we were unable to sell when we left). They provide online account details, address maintenance issues, and screen renters during transition times.

Description of Work: This company does as promised, however I would recommend them for folks who have more than one property. Their invoices are a nightmare to understand. My current tennents pay their rent late every month; not Hoppis fault, and twice they have filed to evict these tennents. I did not recieve a phone call, letter, nothing. I found out when I got my invoice, on time, showing that my rent money would be less because Hoppis will pay themselves back for any monies they have to front on your behalf. However, if you have a nest egg, this shouldnt be too much of an issue. They are very profession as far as managing their properties, and have their own maintanence team. They also seem to do very well with keep buissness buissnes and I like that because I am currently out of the state, and I need a company that will ensure my home is kept up.

 + -1 moreThis company (Sheila Hoppis) has done more in two weeks than our last property manager did in 10 years. The company keeps us informed; is up front and honest; is truthful with all aspects of the house and tenants and is a lot of fun to communicate with. We just fired our old manager and went on Angie's List to find this company. What a life saver. Saved us an unscheduled trip to OK as we thought we would have to come search, schedule, supervise the up keep of a neglected house. Nothing but the highest praise and kudos to this firm. Gladly talk to anyone and quickly recommend these folks. Great job, ladies!

 + -1 moreI have contracted with Hoppis Real Estate Services Inc as a property manager for my duplex in Oklahoma. The property management fee is the same as other property management firms in the area, but you get a lot more for your money! Web access to reports, better reports, direct deposit of rental income, just to name a few. Hoppis aggressively markets vacancies for the going rate for the area (which translates to higher income if and when there is a turn over) They are compassionate to the tenants, while at the same time keeping with the property owners interests. I have been with Hoppis for 5 months, and saw an increase in revenue within the first month. The reports are accurate, detailed, and available on time. I am extremely happy that I found Hoppis Real Estate Services.
Description of Work: Contracted to do Property Management for Out-Of-State duplex. This is an on-going relationship.
