Home Maid Better provided excellent house cleaning services. The ladies arrived right on time and introduced themselves. They were neatly dressed with company shirts. After showing them the house they immediately started cleaning. After the cleaning I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had dusted our ceiling fans, baseboards, my extensive antique salt and pepper shaker collection, and even lifted things off the dressers and tables to dust. This morning I had another pleasant surprise when I noticed they had actually moved shampoo bottles in the shower and even thoroughly cleaned our shower caddy. This was an impressive cleaning. I have had my home cleaned before but never to the level that Home Maid Better achieved. They are definitely above the rest!

Better than I ever imagined. Things that I didn't even realize were dirty were spotless. The ladies were extremely professional and went out of their way to accommodate even the smallest request. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Great! I needed it done quickly and at the last second, and she was able to open up an extra spot to get it done for me. The house cleaners showed up in the designated time frame, did a great job on my house, and didn't mind letting my dog stay in a room and do that room last. They brought all of their own supplies and equipment so I didn't have to deal with that. I would definitely use this company again.

House was well cleaned. They have an easy online reservation system, and I received follow-up call from the owner about the quality of service. I used Angie's discount and added interior window cleaning for an extra $20.

On time, efficient and job well done. It might seem pricey at first but then if you factor in that they screen all personnel and can substitute someone if your regular is unable to work for illness or some other reason, then it's well worth the $$ in my books. Love that they send email reminders and follow-up to make sure you're happy with the services.

Outstanding work and price, extremely detailed and great communication between the owner and myself. Oh my gosh!!! It went beyond my wildest expectations. Home Maid Better sent two women for four hours and my house went from a haunted house to a palace! It was so bad before I wouldn't have even known where to start and couldn't even envision what it could look like. These two women were *fast* and *good*!!! When they finished, it was immaculately clean and organized. I love Home Maid Better and will be using them many times!

The email notices and check-ins by Dan were very helpful and appreciated. Dan's follow-up and sincere concern that we were happy with everything from cleaning to notices was a significant indication of the company's professionalism and above-average work ethic and concern for the consumer. I am relieved to know that I have a company I can trust and count on when needed. We will definitely be arranging for a team to clean-up after the holidays.

The ladies arrived on time....even a little early to accommodate my schedule. They knew exactly what services to perform and were ready to get started the minute they arrived. They were personable, careful with my belongings and worked nonstop the entire 4 1/2 hours! Once finished they asked me to walk through the house to make sure I was satisfied. The pricing was more than reasonable and I am considering using Home Maid regularly in the future. Scheduling was a breeze online and Dan answered all of my questions when I called. Wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!!
