Happy with most of there people. Had one that did an ok job just not as thorough as others.

I love having our our home cleaned by Home Maid Better! After a long day, coming home to a beautifully cleaned home is incredibly calming. They’ve always been prompt, efficient, and courteous. The cleaning products smell amazing. The techs have such attention to detail, that I’m floored each time! (Call me crazy, but I check the bookshelves, corners, top of fridge, etc... spotless!) I am so proud to refer friends and family to Home Maid Better.

Home Maid Better is very reliable. They communicate through phone, text, and email, and are very clear about what you can expect. The price is established up front and doesn't vary, and I have been happy after over a year of service with the consistency of the monthly cleaning. The cleaners are professional and friendly. Overall the best service in Norman.

I live in Norman (greater OKC metro). I filled out the online form, booked a cleaning appointment, and got a call an hour later informing me that I live too far away to receive service, and even if I were close enough, they could not honor the day/time I booked online. So, beware--the online system isn't accurate. Seems convenient, but there are restrictions that don't pop up on the website.

Exceptional. Home Maid Better far exceeded any other deep cleaning service I have tried. Andrea, Yaneli, and Dylan are a hard working, thorough, and efficient team. And provide service with a smile! All 3 on the team had great attitudes while they made my house shine from top to bottom. This was by far the most thorough cleaning I've ever had. Thank you!

They did a fine job although a couple of small things seem to have been thrown away that I wasn't ready to discard.

It was GREAT. 3 ladies came, on time, and 5 or so ours later our home was spotless. They worked extremely hard, and fast, to thoroughly clean our new home.

It was a great cleaning and simply executed from start to finish. The staff was very kind and everything was on my terms. They made sure to know exactly what they were needing to do and how. My house actually required one more hour on top of the original "top to bottom deep clean." They made sure to get my permission before starting the extra hour or if I even wanted to do the extra hour at all. And they did amazing!! I will definitely be coming back. Very thorough and they work fast (which is especially nice when being charged hourly.) Everything is scheduled and planned ahead of time including the price and they are very responsive and take the time to explain any specifics. The price wasn't bad at all but the extra hour is what made it more expensive. I didn't mind because you get what you pay for and more. We recently moved in and the house had been vacant for 2 years previously. We had to pack up and move to this house within 2 weeks with a newborn and a 3 yr old (husbands job transfer) and we just hadnt had the time to do a major deep clean ourselves. They did a VERY deep clean! 👍 I truly feel like everything is clean and that's a lot for me!

The ladies were super nice and extremely efficient. They went above and beyond what were expecting! We will definitely be having them out again and we highly recommend them to clean your house!

We were using a different cleaning service the last few years, and were not happy with them. We recently switched to Home Maid Better, and could not be happier! The cleaners have come twice now, and both times we were very impressed with the quality of the cleanings, how quickly they worked, and how professional and friendly they were. The cleanings are very easy to schedule online, and the cleaners were not only on time, but early! And they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend!

The ladies did an outstanding job -- no complaints whatsoever on the cleaning. They paid attention to every detail and I was quite pleased. My only complaint is the pricing policy; I live in a two-bedroom apartment, but wanted only one bedroom cleaned and the other one left untouched. Their policy is to charge by the size of the home, regardless of how many rooms are actually cleaned. Wish I could tell my boss I was working only four days a week but expected to be paid for five. :) This made the pricing seem high for the small area that they cleaned, but as I said, they did do an outstanding job, so...

Perfect. Their were three professional women who cleaned my house all day. Organized items, cleaned under furniture in kids bedrooms, etc. Impressive!

It was such a great experience. They were responsive. I submitted my order on Saturday and three very friendly ladies showed up to my house first thing Monday morning. They used great products and did an amazing job! I couldn't be happier with the service.

I found them on Angie's List. I have used them twice and they're very good. They took a house that was extremely dirty and they made it livable, but they didn't get every single little area, which is why I'm not giving them an A.
