We did use Holton Transfer and Storage in September. They arrived on time, they worked very, very fast. They came equipped with what they needed to do the work. They worked so fast. It surprised me. We had to go back and some of stuff our selves, but I appreciated at they worked so fast because you pay by the hour. And then they did the same thing up here, they did it so fast it was like a blur. They left some things in the wrong room, in the middle of the room, they could could have put it next to the bed. And is was the same scenario. There were many things I did appreciate about them, but there were some things that if I had known, instead of being caught in the escaladed pace I would have done different. The other thing that was inconvenient was they did not return our phone calls. The reason that became such a problem was in scheduling. I didn't know until the night before that they would be coming. I had all these people on hold waiting because I didn't know when they were going to come. Once on the phone they were so nice and so accommodating. There was some damage. And they wouldn't return my phone call. If you happen to call at the right time and get the guy on the phone, it's wonderful. They were accommodating. They offered to bring used boxes, when they were here, not returning phone calls is huge. That was the downside. They did all go in and wash their hands before moving my wife couch. They did take precautions, but it wasn't always affective. I had to speak disparaging about them because they did some things right, but at the same time they caused me some uncertainty and extra sort of frustrations not having calls returned. I want to speak highly of what they did well, and if I had been forewarned, don't let them leave until you do a walk about.

They just take great care, and they're always on time. They're fast and courteous. I've used them more than once. They've moved things from house to house, or house to office. They've stored things. They'll unload at their dock, and hand deliver to your house or business. You can use them per hour or per household. They're very reasonable.
