I chose this company because they had the most positive reviews on Angie's List. We called a smaller company first, and, after waiting almost a week without AC, we called Hill and Company. After the experience, I now know why they have so many reviews. They offer a discount for customers who agree to post an honest review on various websites. To be clear, I don't think there's anything wrong with this practice. They never pressured us to leave a positive review, just to leave a review. I just think it's worth mentioning to customers shopping for an HVAC company on this site. All that said, I don't regret calling Hill and Company. They arrived within two hours of calling with a thorough and detailed quotation and various options for unit sizes. After agreeing on a unit, they came out the next morning at the exact time they said they would, and finished up at darn near the exact time they told us too. Every employee was professional, and they paid attention to detail. They even registered the warranty for the unit with the manufacturer.

Excellent. They got me in the same day and the technician was very professional and worked into the evening to get me taken care of. First class all the way around.

After a string of hot days we realized it was time to get our A/C unit replaced. We called them on Thursday afternoon, they were able to come out on Friday and install the unit on Monday. It was a bit on the high side price wise, but given that they were able to do everything so fast it was worth it. The "comfort consultant" was very professional and gave us a itemized list of all the work that would be done and exactly how much it would cost. All the work went smoothly and I am glad to have a working A/C again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked

We would give them an A across the board. They're good for service, for follow up on the call, for speediness, they fit us in. We actually called them on that Friday and they tried to service it, and they said we could either service it and it cost you $1,500, but it wouldn't be guaranteed. Or, your fifteen year old system, we could go ahead and get a new one. And so we opted for the new one.

Flawlessly. They were able to delay replacement of the a/c unit by refilling the freon. We're waiting to see if it works, hoping to delay replacement till the off season

Very well--This company has been excellent to work with--I dealt with Dale Holloway and he was always prompt responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They installed two units in our home, gave us a very competitive price and informed us about significant rebates available to us. Their installers showed up as promised and followed through with all necessary work. Highly recommend this company if you need anything heat and air.

I want to thank Dale and Jeff for all of their help in acquiring our new air conditioning unit. They were prompt in their service and installation and very knowledgeable about the type of system we needed. They were very helpful in working with us on the financing aspect as well. The quote was quick and the representative gave me all the information the same day. The install was quick and the cleaned up when they were done. I had a good experience with them.

They did what they were out to do. I just felt like it just took a little too long for the preliminary but it wasn't a major deal.

I bought a yearly maintenance agreement. Their service had been excellent. They have been responsive and eventually got the thing fixed. My satisfaction was with Trane heat pump, in spite of the fact that it has worked flawlessly since they finally got it figured out, I was really disappointed in it. I differentiate that into service versus the product itself. The Hill & Company people were great. It was Trane that was the problem. Their responsiveness throughout has been fine. They were knowledgeable and professional.

Their service was great. The heat pump had lots of problems and it took them about a year to get it right. They were very kind and it was under warranty. So, everything went fine. Once they eventually got if fixed, I have not had another spatter trouble with it. When the guy named Jose replaced the board of the heat pump itself, it solved all the problems so their technicians are excellent.

Fine. He did just fine. No complaints.

Nearing the end of our first month with our newly installed Trane heat pump and blower, I can say nothing but great things! Our AC went out with no warning and we received quick service from a service tech who explained the multiple issues causing the failure. A few days later we received a detailed quote on a few different unit options and were encouraged by the multiple finance options available to help us tackle this sudden expense. We did get a few other quotes and all were higher and for lesser quality units, so we are happy to have chosen Hill & Company. The installation was very timely and the men very skilled. Each person with the company was a pleasure to work with. With a few cool nights mixed into these fall days we have enjoyed both the A/C and heat! Love this OK weather! Thankful for Hill & Company providing us with comfort at a reasonable price!

I guess I am one of many who didn't plan to purchase a new heat and air unit, but I didn't have a choice. Based on information I read online searching for a supplier I chose Hill & Company. It turned out to be a very good choice. I have a very challenging work schedule, the day my AC was declared 'dead,' I was disappointed when the tech told me a salesman could come late that afternoon. Recognizing my disappointment, he made a couple of calls. In less than 20 minutes, the salesman rep, Dale, was here. He did a very thorough assessment of my home's requirements, shared options with me, set up my financing, made arrangements to have a loaner connected that afternoon.... all in a couple of hours. My install was a week later...right on time. The sales rep was here to make sure the install was as planned and followed up afterwards. Buying a new HVAC system is never fun! I had no idea which company to choose. I went to the Better Business Bureau Website and looked up the number of complaints for the major companies in Oklahoma City. Hill and Company had the least so I chose them. WHAT A BLESSING! Every step of the process was handled professionally by Dale Holloway, Comfort Consultant. Jeff and Scott installed the system quickly and cleanly. Never once was I pressure to buy more than I needed or make a decision before I was ready. Everyone at Hill and Company did their best to make my experience a positive one.

My entire experience with Hill & Company was way beyond my expectations. From the day of the free consultation to the final signature with my warranty, the entire process was smooth, professional, and done exactly as told with no hidden costs or unexpected surprises. Dale was hands down an excellent installer. He was there everyday, climbing in the attic, on the roof, and making sure things were going smoothly. He was very easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and was able to explain each process in "layman" HVAC terms that I could comprehend. He even booked a hotel room during the installation for my family and me since we wouldn't have air for 3 days, no other company even suggested this! You cannot teach that level of kindness. He also arranged for my dry wall repair and included that in the quote, another "small" factor every other company seemed to pass over when discussing the process. He discussed every single option with exact quotes and no "fine print" agenda. Dale also made sure I had the correct form for my OG&E rebate and followed up after the final process! I couldn't have asked for a better installer! I would definitely recommend Hill & Company to anyone needing any HVAC service! I use them all the time. They come twice a year and check the heating and air conditioning. They are very good. They came last spring and they'll be back in the fall. We have a contract with them. I would recommend them highly. They are very efficient and I've been very pleased. The workers were very professional.

I am extremely pleased with it. It works great and my energy bill is just wonderful. I have used them because just the fact that they are a known company here in Oklahoma City and I got a recommendation from a friend of mine in my group in church who had used them. They were extremely happy with them.
