Best contracting experience. They did what I hired them to do and took care of issues and any concerns I had as they arose in a very professional manner Outstanding follow up with me and the insurance company throughout the job. I hope to not have to replace another roof any time soon but if I do, I will hire Heartland Roofing again.

They did a wonderful job with putting on the new roof. Besides the installers being quick, qualified, efficient and professional, they really cleaned everything up well. A huge positive with us being happy was David Garon, who gave us the quote and was very available whenever we had questions. He was very professional and patient with us (never rushing when answering questions). David really worked hard and even helped with clean up and fixing some flashing issues that we had (that most people would have been happy with. We might be harder to please than most). He also personally changed out the chimney cap and really paid attention to detail. Our roof looks wonderful and of course is now leakproof! Thank you David and work crew for doing such a wonderful job!

This summer's hail storm completely destroyed the back of our house and roof. We called 5-6 roofing companies, but Heartland Roofing was the only one that returned our calls quickly and took the time to answer our questions. Couldn't be happier with the work they did. One of the biggest things for me and my wife is that all the workers were courteous and cleaned up after their work day. We thought their would be damaged plants and left over nails laying around, but the place was spotless. Big thumbs up from us!

Great experience overall. Handled in a quick efficient manner utilizing existing vents in attic. Solar power alleviated need for electrical work in the attic. Very quick to respond to estimate request and got the work done within a week.

After May 31, 2012 hail storm I needed full replacement of roof and guttering. David Garon of Heartland Roofing was reliable and very helpful, explaining the process step by step.Following the work, the cleanup was so thorough that I've yet to find a nail or even small piece of the materials used. For the replacement of guttering, they were very careful to match the color perfectly to the house trim and garage door as I'd requested. They went above and beyond to make the entire process as easy as possible.I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to everyone

After I initially called to have someone come out to give a free estimate, the representative/salesman called me back within a day or two. I was expecting that, given the recent hailstorm through the area. He came out the same time my insurance inspector came, and inspected the roof, saying he used to be a roofing inspector. After stating the roof does, indeed, to be replaced, he and I worked out a date on when he could come back and we would agree on the work that I'd like Heartland do. He came out and stayed for nearly two and a half hours, filling out the appropriate paperwork and working out an agreement with me to do the work. He was very nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me in the loop as to when the roofers were to come out, and when to expect a phone call from the gutter guy to schedule a time for him to come out and replace gutters. Next up were the garage doors. I met the door guy and really liked the garage door he had in the back of his truck; two inches thick and insulated. Whereas the doors I had were only one inch thick and insulated. So far, I've been very pleased with the professionalism courtesy, the timeliness and the quality of the work done. This company has worked with my insurance company without my in-between involvement. It's much less of a hassle for me. When I leave a message for the representative, he always calls me back within a reasonable time-frame. He has never not returned my call.

David Garon, my salesman and consultant, was very helpful from start to finish. He never rushed, never pressured, and made me feel like a president. He alone was why I chose heartland. For me, quality work and service matters most. And the price was reasonable.

I called several roofing companies for estimates to replace the shingles on my roof. Brad Neff, the owner of Heartland Roofing, took my call and set up an appointment for the next day. He inspected my roof, reviewed the insurance adjuster's report, and explained the confusing way that roofing claims are handled between the insurance company, the mortgage company, his company and me. He explained why he required his crews to attach the shingles with a hand nailing process rather than with nail guns. I checked out his reasons with a home building contractor friend, and he agreed that the hand nailing was far better, even though it took longer. The other two roofing companies I got estimates from stressed they used nail guns and trained their people how to use them right. Brad explained why he requires his crews to wear safety harnesses and life lines while up on the roof. The other two companies said they stress safety but the crew leader determines whether the crew "ties off" or not. The Heartland Roofing crews arrived when they were supposed to, worked continually without any needless delays, and Brad Neff came to my house and inspected their work every day. They did exactly what they promised. The cost was exactly what we agreed upon. Small difficulties or questions on my part were immediately handled or resolved by Brad Neff, and I could not be more pleased with the quality and integrity shown by Brad Neff and his Heartland Roofing Company.

We didn't end up having to use his services other than his first expert opinion.

EXCELLENT! Mike Oliver and the Heartland crew were professional, dependable, easy to communicate with, and did a quality job. Our new roof looks fantastic! Our neighbors have come over to tell us how nice it looks and our AC person commented on the quality of the work. People have asked us the price and have told us we got a very competitive deal. The roof looks better than we ever imagined.

The company owner came to inspect the roof the same day I called. He did a full walkaround inspection and discussed the needed repairs. His employee called me later in the day to make an appointment to complete the repairs. On the scheduled day he called me to apologize and let me know he had not completed his current job and asked if he could reschedule for the next business day. I agreed and the inspection was completed as scheduled. Complete roof replacement was scheduled for July 5th. The roofing crew arrived on time the scheduled day. They worked until 8:30 PM and came back the next day to finish. Cleanup was completed by 3:00 PM and the crew left. A company representative came by the next day to inspect the job for any problems or issues. All transactions were handled courteously and professionally.

After some issues with my insurance company I had some concerns over the integrity of my roof. After reading reviews on Angie's List and looking at the Better Business Bureau, Heartland Roofing was one of the three companies I called. I called on a Friday afternoon and a very pleasant lady on the other end took my information and the two phone numbers I provided; work and cell.. She stated that an estimator would contact me within 24 hours to make an appointment. Since Saturday was the weekend, I really didn't anticipate a call on Saturday and assumed I would receive a call on Monday. I did not receive a call today (Monday) either and I already have had inspections and rough estimates from the other two companies I called.

Brad was punctual and efficient with the appointment. His evaulation seemed honest and fair. He also did some minor repairs that were not included in the package. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would use Heartland Roofing when the roof needs replace.

Heartland Roofing Heartland Roofing, did great! They had about ten people and had the roof off and replaced in half a day. It was on Labor Day.

I was forced by my insurance company to get my roof replaced. I called 3 companies. One company never called me back. Another company came to the house and gave me an outrageous estimate and never followed up. Heartland Roofing was by far the best. Brad is exceptional at what he does. He came out to look at the roof and was actually able to get the insurance company to total the roof and pay the entire cost, no money out of my pocket at all, not even my deductible. What started out to be a very stressful, expensive out of pocket expense ended up being the most pleasant contractor experience of my life. Brad and his partner Robert took care of absolutely everything when dealing with the insurance company. And they did an exceptional job. There were a couple of unexpected mishaps during the day with the roof and the guys stayed until well past dark cleaning up in the dark with no light. One guy fell through the roof and came through the ceiling of my living room due to rotted plywood decking. They replaced all the rotted decking without any additional cost to me and actually paid me $300 cash on the spot to have my ceiling repaired. I found not one nail, piece of shingle, trash, or even asphalt granules anywhere. And the new roof looks greats. I would more than highly recommend this company. They were fast, efficient, fair, honest, and good at what they do. Far exceeded my expectations.

I called Heartland because they were at the top of Angie's list and they were located out of Bethany, OK. The Heartland representative came out late October to assess my roof and provide an estimate on repairs or replacement due to storm damage and resulting interior damage. He called me on the phone after his assessment and spent 20 minutes explaining how he used to be an adjuster, and why I didn't need a new roof or repairs. I asked if he was at the right house and he confirmed the address. I also asked him, what about the interior damage from leaks? He responded that that it probably just needed minor repairs, there was no reason for a new roof, BUT if the insurance adjuster determined I needed a new roof that he "wanted a piece of that". On Nov 1, My insurance company assessed replacing the entire roof, interior repairs and replacing the guttering, and that it was far beyond just repairs. Needless to say this roofer won't be "getting a piece of my business"!

Came and winterized my roof, checked for leakes and sealed around vent pipes etc. Great service and worked around my work schedule!!

Signed up for Angie's List great deal on Monday afternoon and called Heartland Roofing's Broken Arrow office and left my number. Brad Neff, owner, called me back that afternoon. When I told him I had a second story roof that was steep, he set up an appoiintment for Tuesday to come look at my roof. Second story and steep roofs were supposed to be excluded in the Angie's List deal. He came and looked at my roof the next day. I also needed missing shingles replaced and some curling edges glued back down. (these were not in the package and I realized that when I signed up). By Wednesday he was back with worker and did all the work I needed, AT A GREAT PRICE!!! He honored the deal, even though my second story and very steep roof was supposed to be excluded. He was very courteous and polite, and a great guy to talk with. He checked my roof and vents for leaks from inside the house and attic. My roof was too steep for him to get up on and walk around, but he was here supervising his worker to make sure everything was done correctly. He went way above what was required and made me a special deal, above and beyond the Angie's List deal. He had received a " C "rating he said from someone he did not do work for. That person was supposed to have called his office for a quote by phone, which he won't do without looking at roof. No roofer will give an estimate without looking at roof to accurately estimate damage. He wanted a good rating from me on Angie's List, which he was had for a very long time. I now feel confident my roof won't leak this winter or next spring when the rains come. My roof is almost 12 years old, and when it needs to be replaced, I will call Heartland Roofing to come do the work.

This company is top-notch. We sustained roof damage in a storm on August 10, 2011. We were out of town, but were able to get them to go out that day and secure the roof and then our salesman worked with us every step of the way to make sure we got a fair adjustment from our insurance (our insurance kept trying to low-ball us). We ultimately got a new roof thanks in large part to the saleman's persistence with our insurance and the installers completed the entire removal and replacement in 2 days. They cleaned up the yard when they were finished, and if we hadn't known they were there, you would not have known because there were no materials left in the yard or anywhere else. I can't say enough positive about this company!!! Thank you so much!

Heartland Roofing replaced my roof after the 2008 hail storm. They did an excellent job then so I called them again. They came out and inspected the roof within a couple days and suggested only repairs, not full roof replacement. Quoted me on the spot $350 and when work was done only charged me $300. We had 3 holes that went completely through the roof. They also repaired several other sever "bruises". Due to their busy schedule, they subcontracted the work but backed it as well. Subcontractor was very professional and explained all work that was done and showed me what he had done. No problems!

I had several estimates. This company made me feel the most comfortable. I checked Angies list and didn't find anything good or bad about them. BBB was all positive. Other companies had negitives. They scheduled the work to be done and completed it on the day they said they would. Complete roof removal and installation in one day. They hand nailed all shingles. No nail guns at all (as per my request). They cleaned up well. I hired another roofer to inspect the roof after the work was complete. They said it was perfect.
