I took the day off from work so that the provider could come to my home and look at a leaky sprinkler system. An hour after the two-hour window for the provider to show up had passed, I got a call stating that they may not make it that day after all because they underestimated the number of workers they would have available that day. When I indicated that I had taken the day off to be there for them, the company representative said they would then be there at some point, but later that evening. I stayed home that afternoon and night waiting for someone to show up and no one did, nor did anyone even call to say why they didn't show up. Even after I left a voice mail with the company complaining, I still have not received a call explaining what happened. I found this very unprofessional and I would not use them in the future.

It took a bit longer to get installed than expected due to rain. They continued to keep me informed of the new dates. Once they started they finished in a day. They even added a small head in an area I didn't think would get quite enough coverage. Very happy with the process and the outcome. Would certainly recommend them to others.

Extremely well. He did all this work in just one 4-hour workday and with just a one-day request for service from me. Very impressive work and responsiveness!

The installers were very quick and installed 4 new zones. Clean up was great and all of them very polite. I would use them again and will highly recommend them to anyone.

They replaced existing gutters and added leaf guard. Mike did an excellent job and I would use this company again for gutters or any other service they offer.

It went better then expected. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and hauled away the trash everyday. They reacted to issues as they arose and handled the entire process with friendliness and professionalism. Clean, fast, and good quality work. We opted for the better quality shingles, a little more expensive up front but we'll be much happier in the long run. Overall, a very good experience.

They were unable to locate the leak, so they installed a radio transmitter that would automatically shut off the water after each use. This didn't work, however, because our water bills are still very high. We intend to contact the company about this issue, however, to get it rectified.

We've been using Heads Up for a year or so to do routine maintenance on our sprinkler system. They can usually fit us in on short notice and have always been on time. They do a great job and prices are competitive.

I found them through the Better Business Bureau. I received several estimates. I chose them to do the job. They were on time. They worked quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not tear up my lawn. I liked the owner. He came out to give me the estimate. I give them all A's. I thought the price was good. I would recommend them to others.

We were very pleased with Shyon Koeppel and his Heads Up Sprinklers company. Our phone call requesting an appointment was answered promptly and Shyon was at our house at the designated time the next day. We liked the fact that he was recommending the Rain Bird WR2 Series Wireless Rain and Rain/Freeze Sensors System, as it was higly rated. He provided a comprehensive packet of literature which explained the system in depth and compared the Rain Bird to two others: Hunter and Irritrol. He answered our questions fully, including my concern that the nozzels be low enough that a lawnmower would not come in contact while mowing. They custom design your system to meet your specific needs, including different pop-up heights of nozzels for varying grass or shrub heights and proper placement in order to sufficiently reach every area. We had an electrician install outlets in our garage prior to Heads Up returning to start the job as there needed to be an electrical source to install the ESP-Modular Controller, which programs the watering cycles. The crew came out to begin the job on 5/24/12 and began digging trenches and installing the pipes. They carefully worked throughout our flower beds and replaced plants where they had to dig them up. They left the yard in excellent condition by leveling and smoothing out after placing the dirt back into the trenches. They completely cleaned up all areas. We were very impressed with their expertise and professionalism. The job was completed within one day and two hours the next day. Shyon came out and demonstrated how to program our controller and we started using it. The rain/freeze sensors automatically prevent watering when it's not needed, which saves money as well as protects from overwatering. Multiple programs give the flexibility to water areas differently, according to their need. Programs can have multiple start times and different lengths of time, and the modular design makes it easy to expand to 13 stations if needed in the future. A built in 5 year lithium battery keeps time, date and watering schedules intact during power outages, and the sprinkler system has a 2 year warranty. We have been using the system for a couple weeks now and are very pleased with our new system and expect to have a much better looking lawn and flower beds very soon. We were so impressed with Shyon that we hired him to install all new guttering on our house.

The Sprinkler Store was hired to adjust sprinklers but they were adjusted to where they sprayed on the deck. We called them to come back and fix it to how it was supposed to be. They charged us to come out and fix their mistake.
