Description of Work: My homeowners warranty made me use this company. When I explained on the phone that my problem was only a light switch that stopped working I feel they could have easily said "Is there an outlet nearby with a gfi switch?". I did not know that a nearby outlet with a gfi switch could make the light switch not work. But no, they sent out an electrician and charged me $60.00 to push the button on the outlet which is about 18" from the switch that stopped working. I will not use this company again.

+ -1 moreWhen I called, they had to schedule me for over a week later, on a Wednesday, but they didn't show up on that Wednesday. They called me Thursday morning to see if they could come. I was able to accomodate them, but they don't communicate their schedule well. It would've been nice to know that they couldn't come when they said they would. They finished the job quickly, but they left a big mess. A lot of stuff falls out of ceilings when replacing these 4-foot fixtures. I guess they were in too much of a hurry to clean up. Between not showing up on Wednesday and leaving a mess, I will look elsewhere for my next lighting project.
Description of Work: They replaced five T12 fluorescent light fixtures with five T8 fixtures.
