+ -1 moreThey were pretty good. They responded right away actually the same day they came out and I couldn't get anybody else out and they persisted in finding the problem for nearly about three or four hours. The price was outstanding for what the work that they had to do. They are just good. I can't say more than that. I would use them again.
Description of Work: I used Harley Sprinkler Systems about six to seven months ago. They had to repair my sprinkler system.

Description of Work: Harley works on my sprinkler system but also planted 12 large(3-6 inch) trees. Price was very reasonable, timely and as of 7/14/2011 all the trees have survived the heat wave.

+ -1 moreHe did quick work and saved me some money on a new timer that I thought was bad and had purchased a new one. I re-installed the old one and everything is working fine now. UPDATE AFTER JOB: He came out and told my wife that the timer was not working and he would have to replace it and the master valve. The timer was fine when I left, I checked it myself. He fixed it then took advantage of my wife by over charging her and marking the price of the timer up about 600%. He also charged her an extra 75.00 for the transformer that comes with the timer. So it was almost 400.00 just for the timer, I found it online with the transformer for 64.52. I called him and asked him why he overcharged us, he said I must be looking at the wrong model and that he would mail us the original receipt. Well I wasn't looking at the wrong model and the receipt never came. He screens his calls now and won't talk to me anymore. I would sue him, but I can't do it from Iraq and my wife doesn't want to deal with it. I did however file a BBB complaint against him. Since then he has changed his name. I will never do business with him again.
Description of Work: Sprinkler system not working, I could not locate the master valve to see if that was the problem. Harley said he had the tools and experience to find it. He arrived on time and was able to locate the master valve within about 10 minutes. He then discover a leaking BP valve and replaced it with a new shut off valve. This is a follow up to my report on 11 Jun 2010. Sprinkler system stopped working 10 days after Harley fixed it the first time. I was leaving for Iraq the next day so I couldn't fix it myself, so I called Harley again and told him my master valve failed. He said he would take care of it the next day.

+ -1 moreI had been waiting two weeks for my normal sprinkler company who kept canceling over and over. Harley was propmt and on time and stayed until complete system overhauled. My last company ignored brown spots in yard, Harley fixed every head/nozzle until the yard had complete coverage. Bye Bye old sprinkler company.
