After I made the purchase I did not hear anything about my appointment. I did email to them through Angies List portal, email to the address listed on my purchase coupon, and telephoned. I was finally able to reach Phil Haddon to set up my appointment 2 weeks after my purhase through Angies List. Once he was out here performing the inspection everything was good and he assured me my roof was in good shape. I am giving lower marks on this review simply because it took me calling and emailing over 2 weeks to set up the appointment. I was on the verge of contacting Angies List for a refund when I finally received Phil's phone call to set up the appointment. I also have one small leak that I pointed out to him but Phil was unable to find the source of the leak. He assured me it is not the roof causing the leak so my next step is to call back out the heat and air guys to check if the leak could be caused by one of their lines.

It was great. He had to remove wire guards from the gutters, but he did it and completed it very well.

Mr. Haddon was prompt and he and my husband worked well together to locate the source of the leak.

We were pleased with Mr. Haddon until we made a closer inspection. He charged us an extra $50 because our gutters had screens. He left two of the screens off. He did glue a shingle where we thought there might be a leak; but did not take care of the nail pops as promised. We are disappointed in the service.

I purchased the Angie's List deal because I knew I needed some sealant around my fireplace chimney. Phil responded the same day I purchased the deal. He was available at the exact date and time that worked best with my schedule. I was getting new gutters at the same time and he noticed that there was a void between my roof and the trim and worked with the guttering company to cut a piece of metal to fill it before they put the gutters back up. (It really worked out for me having them there at the same time as hard as I tried to avoid it.) Phil found that I needed caulking in multiple places, all covered by the deal. He also pointed out some damage to my shingles, but noted that it was just cosmetic and there was no reason to replace them. I would definitely recommend Haddon Roofing to my friends and family. He is honest, local and fair. I plan on calling him first when I need to replace my roof in the future.

Phil showed up on time and did the work contracted for i.e. clear gutters and inspect roof. He did a little extra and helped me diagnose problem with one drain pipe, which has been fixed. Phil was courteous and professional. I would recommend him to others.

We set a time and date. He came, he inspected, and made the minor repairs and advised me. Pretty simple.

After purchasing a Deal for roofing service, Mr. Haddon contacted me promptly and worked with me to set up an appointment for a mutually convenient date and time. He was punctual, listened to my concerns and shortly thereafter located and repaired the leak that was the primary problem. He gave me what I felt was an honest evaluation of the condition of my roof. At such time as a new roof is required I would not hesitate to use this company again, nor would I have any problem recommending them to family and friends.

Haddon Roofing fixed my roof about 18 years ago when no one else would fix it. I had a new roof installed and it was so bad that one of the roofers came out, looked at it and said it was a waste of good shingles. Everybody wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to re-do it. But Haddon Roofing came out and troubleshooted each thought and he found stuff like the flashing installed and he just fixed each spot, each little trouble-spot area. And I think he charged us a few hundred dollars for his time and we never had any trouble with leaking on that roof again. That's why we used him. When he came out to look at our roof this last time, he didn't charge us for the estimate.
