Our Groutsmith technician, Dillon, was on time without tats or tude. ?He was professional, polite and expedient. ?His work was exemplary! ?Our granite looks better than it has in years and the tub, which hadn't been re-grouted since 1957, looks fantastic!

Everything about the service was excellent from the first phone call through the last follow up phone call. Prompt efficient, courteous service with quality work. I would recommend them to anyone.

My shower has all white tile. It was looking really bad. I was afraid I was going to have to have all the tile replaced, because I'd had another company come out two different times to fix everything, but it still looked bad. Dillon, from The Groutsmith, fixed everything and made the shower look great. He removed all caulking at perimeter of floor, three corners, ceiling, and soap dish. Replaced with white non-sanded caulking. Then, he cleaned all of the 4"X4" tile and grout on walls, and 1"X1" floor tile and grout. Color sealed all grout with Snow White. It looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and if I should need any future work done, I will use them again.

Superior customer service from first call to finish

Came out on the day and time requested. The two men who did the work were great. cleaned the shower of mold and soap film. Sealed the tile floor. They sealed and refinished the shower. The shower looks brand new. We were pretty amazed at how well everything looked. Basically we have a new bathroom without the hassle of a remodel. They did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them for the work they did.

The work crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional.? The floors look better than they ever have since we moved in six years ago.? I doubt that the floors were ever sealed or cleaned professionally prior to this.? House is 15 years old.? Super job by all concerned.? They deserve and "A" rating.? Highly recommended.

The crew was extremely courteous. They went above and beyond the minimum requirements of the job, performing extra work in the master shower in order to make the project a success. They took virtually no breaks and worked hard. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

Dillon was right on time and very courteous. Worked very hard and didn't even take a break for lunch. Was very conscientious about an spills or flaws and spent time working on trouble locations. Some of the seal came up 3 days later, but Dillon came back as soon as we called and he worked on that area extra well. It has been three months and everything still looks great. Because the company is still out of Tulsa and not local yet, you will have to wait for an appointment, but it was worth the wait.

Stephen White demonstrated the service and prepared an estimate. He did not have access to the Angie's List order number and asked that i provide it to him. I searched my email on my phone and found the Angie's list deal but he insisted he needed the order number information. Is this not information the contractor should have? I searched further and only after I found the information he was requesting did he complete my estimate. I have a very small ceramic tile shower, (approximately 2' x 5') Since this contractor is re[presented as having "one of the highest rated services at the lowest price", I was expecting a quote in the high range of about $350.00. since i had paid $ 99 for a $ 225 credit my net cost would have been minimal. The demonstration done by Mr. White cleaned and area of the floor of my shower that was about 1/4 of a square foot and then applied the grout sealer to four small squares and then removed the sealer. The whole process took about a minute. Projecting the time across the ten square feet of shower floor would indicate the process should take less than an hour. I was shocked when i received the quote in the amount of $618.96 for grout cleaning and sealing my tiny shower. I expressed my disatisfaction with the price to Mr. White and he indicated to me that the process was very labor intensive. Since I had seen the amount of labor required to do the work during the demonstration i considered his claim overstated. I will not use this contractor for these reasons: 1. A contractor representative should be prepared with all of the necessary customer information upon arrival at a customer's residence. It is an unreasonable practice to ask your customer to provide the details of the transaction entered into with his Company, and 2. The price quote should be entirely independent of the discount provided. I am surprised that Angie's list would make the recommendation of this contractor.

I found another company to do this service for a lesser cost.

It went really well. There were some more costs because my shower was a little bigger than what the deal for. Their professionalism was great.

The service went just fine. It looks a lot better with what they were able to do. We extended the cost past the $99 Big Deal purchase price. The finish product really looked good the grout particularly in my main bathroom. The house was built in ?61 and it is white tiled, but the grout had really become dark. I tried to clean it and I just was not having much success. They came in and made it look really good. The price is a little high but not bad. I asked them to do one or two things afterwards and they went back and redid those. So, I was happy with that. It is just a little hard to make the real old stuff to look that good sometimes. I would consider using them again in the future.

Arrived on time worked 3 hours. Did what was asked and the work is beautiful. A GREAT BARGAIN IN QUALITY!

II used this company based on all of the positive reviews on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. My floors looked like new tile when the workman was finished. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

This was an Angie's List big deal. I purchased a coupon for $250 worth of service for $99. Groutsmith sent a representative to the house that gave us a very detailed breakdown for cleaning and resealing all tile areas of the house (kitchen, breakfast eating area, laundry room, and 3 bathrooms). We then could choose how we wanted to apply our coupon for $250 worth of service. We chose to only clean the kitchen and breakfast area and to not have the grout resealed. They did this for value of the coupon and no addtional cost. We scheduled the appointment and the 2 young men arrived a few minutes before the appoinment and cleaned the floor. I asked about a particular area that I was concerned about and they recleaned that area and made sure I was happy with the results. They were at the house for about 1 hour. Ultimately, they did what they said they would do and the results were good. The floor looked better than it has in years. I was happy with the service and the outcome. I do have to say that ultimately, I don't think I would have been happy paying $250 for what they did but was satisfied with paying the $99 for the coupon for $250 worth of service. Bottomline- it seemed more like about $99 worth of service. I would certainly consider using this provider in the future.

They couldn't get to our house until December 19 so I did not wind up using the deal. They were very prompt - I heard form them within an hour of placing the order.
