+ -1 moreThey almost never came when they said they would. I had to call back several times to remind them that they hadn't come out. Then I had to call back several times for excessive weeds that remained after the treatment. The previous few years they performed well but last year it was bad.
Description of Work: Annual fertilizing program, approx. 6 applications.

+ -1 moreGrassroots does a great job for the money. I am very pleased with the way my lawn looks. I will continue to use them and would recommend them.

+ -1 moreGrassroots does an excellent job. They always come out when I'm not home but they leave a note telling me what they did while they were there. My lawn looks so good my neighbors have hired them as well.

+ -1 moreGrassroots does good work and are very reasonable in their pricing. I have been using them for awhile and my grass looks great. I will continue using them and would recommend them.

+ -1 moreI have used Grassroots for the last two years and they treat us very well. They do anything around the yard that needs doing. They are reliable and professional. If there is any problems they will come out and fix what is wrong immediately.

+ -1 moreGrassroots gave us very good service. They got rid of the weeds whenever we called. I think another company is taking over their business and we're not planning on hiring the new company because we have heard bad things.
Description of Work: Grassroots puts down fertilizer and weed treatment. We signed a one year contract. They come out five times and it is $38 each time.

+ -1 moreI've been with Grassroots for three years and I've never had a problem. They do a good job and the lawn always looks good. Their prices are competitive and have stayed consistent over the years.
Description of Work: Grassroots comes out six times a year, $41.50 each visit. They spray and fertilize the lawn.

+ -1 moreI would not recommend Grassroots to anyone. He does a terrible job and I do not like the work he does. He did not do what he said he would do and he overcharges me for the work he did do. I would not hire him again.
Description of Work: I had Grassroots weed my yard every three months and he did a terrible job. He charges me 36 dollars every time and there are a lot of weeds left.
