+ -1 moreHe shows up and tells me he is with Donohue paving (they did my asphalt about a year ago). We agree to a $1200 job. The next day he represents himself as Gorman paving, when I say I thought he was with Donohue he gives me some bull about a merger. When he's finished he tries to hit me for $2000 telling me he used more than he thought. I tell him we agreed to $1200 and that is what I will pay him. I ask him who to make the check payable and he tells me he doesn't have a business name. I write the check but I get suspicious and call the company listed in OKC. The owner tells me the guy is his son. I ask why I can't make the check out to the business and he gets really angry and curses me out calls me a bum and tells me my check didn't clear (it did).

Description of Work: I made two phone calls to Gorman about a new driveway. Both times they said they would contact me in a few days. The first call was made approximate 4 weeks ago and the second last week. As of today they have not returned my call. Guess they are interested.

+ -1 moreTom was very punctual and communicated very well throughout the process. He gave us a very fair price and actually went above and beyond in applying the driveway. It looks excellent and was done in a very timely manner....we couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: The Gorman's installed a new asphalt driveway on our property where we originally had gravel. They leveled the drive, put down rock and installed 3-4" of asphalt.
