Description of Work: Inspected furnace. I asked the gentleman to leave. He strongly indicated my unit had to be shut down immediately due to poor condition and carbon monoxide escaping. He wanted a salesman to come in that night for a quote with replacement next day. I called another service company and they inspected my unit next day finding no issue at all. My furnace is still working fine.

Description of Work: This was the winter service on my prepaid Plus Maintenance Agreement. The technician performed a heating tuneup. (Checked all amps and volts, safety switches and roll out switches. Checked and adjusted gas valve. Performed carbon monoxide test. Performed visual examination of gas pipes, drain lines and flew pipes. Changed filter system.) I have been a Service Experts customer for about 20 years including purchase of new system about 10 yrs ago.

Description of Work: Misleading coupon. Mentioned Angie's List told coupon was good for arrival only. Apparently the service call charge is for arriving at the door. Actual work costs an additional HIGH price. Simple drain clog in excess of $80 on top of service call.
