Came out and said we needed a new thermostat, and also said he went upstairs and checked unit. We bought new thermostat and didn't need to, old one just needed to be reprogrammed. He also didn't check unit upstairs because next guy that came said filter clogged and unit overheating. STAY AWAY from these guys.

I am on their service plan. Monthly payments. Scheduled on April 18. They called to reschedule. Asked to please let them schedule on Saturday April 21 between 10 and 1. NO SHOW,NO CALL they called on Monday April 23 to reschedule for that day between 2 and 4. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Done with them. Don’t expect to get my money back either.

Our heater went out in the house during a cold snap. Called around and no one could get to me same day. Gober Heat and Air was the exception. They understood how critical heat was with children in the home and got someone out to us quickly. The tech was professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up everything, and it did not cost us nearly what I was expecting for such quick service. They got the heater working again and we have had no problems since they came and fixed it. I would highly recommend their services for any work on HVAC and when it is time to replace my HVAC system, I will only use this company for the work.

They did an awesome job and were extremely professional with their work and staff. Would highly recommend this company.

Came out on time, gave me a printed out quote at my house. The price was less than the other guys I had come out and check. Installed it in one day and cleaned up after they where done.

Brandon was wonderful, very helpful and knew his stuff. Was able to explain what was wrong and get it fix quickly so we were not with out AC for long.
