Global Coatings

I purchased a Groupon for Global to paint my bedroom. I scheduled the work more than a week in advance to be done on 06/14/12 at 9:00 AM. When they had not arrived by 9:30 I called them. The woman who answered stated that she had been meaning to call me and let me know they couldn''t make it that day. This is after of course I had torn my bedroom apart getting ready for them. I told her a phone call earlier would have been appreciated. She then rescheduled it for the following day at 9:00. When they had not shown up by 9:45 I called them. The man who answered was extremely rude. He told me to hold on and he would look it up to see where they were. I told him they were not at my house where they were suppose to be and he got really rude. I told him I would just get my money back from Groupon and he told me he didn't care what I did but if I wanted him to look it up I needed to be quiet. I told him he was very rude and just to cancel the job. At that point I was so angry that I told him I would report to Angies List as well and he told me he didn't give a D___+ who I reported it. I then disengaged the call and called and cancelled with Groupon. I feel fortunate this happened prior to them entering my home. No telling what would have happened.
