Very good. They communicated their schedule and were on time.

They had to change my appointment time at the last minute due to a broken tool. The technician was nice and apologetic and I understand things happen. However, upon completion of the job the pane replaced has a draft and the glue/sealant is visible and smeared on the upper right corner. The screen they replaced has a bend in it and is bowing out. It wouldn't be such a big deal if it wasn't our window directly next to the front door that everyone sees. For what we paid I expected it to be better.

Glass Doctor of OKC staff came out to my home, assessed my situation and provided me potential options and recommended the best course of action to resolve. I shopped numerous other glass vendors in town and after obtaining several estimates I decided to go with Glass Doctor as they had a great and fair price for their product. My background is in engineering and I work with tradesmen all day long and Glass Doctor replaced my Insulated Glass Units without damaging anything and did not try and B.S. me during the process. When they departed, I could not find any messes indicating they were even here thus they were very clean and professional. I will not know how the panes hold up as time will only tell that. I will provide feedback later once I wash them with a hose to see if they leak. I do not expect them to leak as I watched them seal and install them to the frames. Beyond that, I will contact Glass Doctor for future glass needs. Great people, Great product and installation, Great price. What more can you ask for?

it was wonderful. They ordered from supplier that they used in the past. It came back in bad twice, they said it was unacceptable, and ordered again from another company. They went the extra mile to make sure that I had the right glass by going above and beyond. I would definetly recommend them.

I sent two e-mails from their website, describing the kind of service we needed and received no response. When I tried their phone number, over and over again, it was busy for two nights. I just gave up.

The are the most unreliable people. They do not give estimates. They just say they will come out and do the work. They overcharge drastically. They do not show up on time they schedule. I am currently looking for someone else to come and fix the window.

Scheduled an appointment with representative, arrived as scheduled. Reviewed scope of work and materials to be used (low-e glass). Provided written estimate within 48 hours. Agreed to have work done, took approximately 2 weeks for panes to be manufactured. Scheduled installation, arrived on schedule. Two man crew systematically went about replacement and completed job in 1/2 day. Proper clean up, professional service. Overall very good job. I can recommend.

Three window panes were broken as a result of a severe hail storm in May 2010. I contacted several companies for estimates after completion of the roof repairs. I called Glass Doctor first as recommended by my parents. I did not hear from them until AFTER I had received other estimates, and in fact, hired someone else. I contacted Glass Doctor TWICE to attempt to get an estimate and never heard anything. After I had the windows fixed, someone called me out of the blue to see if I still needed the work done. I realize the amount of hail damage that was sustained in OKC backed up most companies, (which is why it took me so long to get them fixed in the first place), but to not hear anything at all was disappointing and unprofessional. Do not waste your time.
