Description of Work: I moved into a home that had a pond. It was built by Garden Ponds Unlimited. I have used them for several years to clean my pond yearly. They are VERY exspensive. I have only had one employee that was truly official and acted in a manner with professionalism. Others have smoked on my property and threw the butts in my yard. They have left all the waste taken out of my pond and thrown it into the yard instead of bagging it and throwing it in the trash. Only ONE person ever bagged it all and threw it away. The rest left it for me to clean up. |I have had men who were actually MOVERS that picked up the work as a side gig and actually didn't know what they were doing at all!! Apparently this is common during the 'busy season' with them. | |The store is nice. They have a good selection of things. They have very nice displays to show you the possibilities etc | |It is very hard to actually get a hold of anyone though to answer your questions or talk to you about concerns. | |I have had them search for leaks and perform repairs and in the end I feel like they were lying to me the whole time just to get more money out of me. And they were trying to get me to rebuild it as is for $6,000! So I finally just gave up and have demo'd the pond for a couple hundred dollars instead. I had them come out for one last cleaning, to drain the pond and take the fish and plants so that they would not die and could be re homed. | |I personally will not be using them again.
