I ordered a massage chair that was delivered covered in dirt and had more damage than was told to me at time of sale. The delivery guys were great and apologized and took pictures to send to the office. I contacted my sales rep and after over a week got in contact with a manager who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He tired and blame me for the situation. Never had such a horrible customer service experience in my life. After getting no were I requested they come get the chair and issue a refund. Even that process was a nightmare. They seem to not care about their customers at all.

Previously I reviewed this company based on the sale and late installation of the swimspa I bought in June that was suppose to be delivered and installed the end of July. Today, 8/27/13, the swimspa was delivered and installed. Josh explained how the swimspa worked and how to maintain and put the chemicals in it. Anup called after delivery to make sure everything went well. Josh called later to see if I had any concerns. Although I was extremely aggravated at the late delivery, I am very pleased with the installation of the swimspa. Anup also gave me credit on the crane.

6/29/13 put an $8000.00 deposit down on swimspa. I was told it would be delivered around the end of July. 7/31/13 called and spoke to Anup, the salesman, he said it would be 2 more weeks, the delivery would be on Friday morning, 8/9/13 first thing in the morning. On 8/8/13, I called to verify the delivery. I was told they don't have the swimspa and the don't know where it is! But they'd check and call me back. On Friday, 8/9/13, I drove to the store to see where it was and why it wasn't at my house being installed. They don't know where it is! But, they would tell Anup to call me on Saturday. Saturday, 8/10/13, I drove back to the store to see Anup in person and he said he'd have to make some calls and call me on Monday. Why the guy on Friday didn't make any calls to find it, I have no idea. Anup did call me on Monday, to say it's in California, on a truck, which will leave California on Tuesday, 8/13/13 and should arrive in OKC sometime this week. I should have it the following week. I took off work Friday to take delivery of the swimspa. NO one called to let me know of any delays. I guess because they didn't know where it is!
